Answer:	I would say yes, the rolling shopping cart can roll over on gravel, cobblestone floors and crosswalks. My cart was worked on these areas before and have no any issue. The shopping cart with wheels are large and the wheels texture is clear and workmanship. In my opinion, there is no problem when the shopping cart rolls these grounds

Answer:	I would say yes, Some accessories such as the wheel, black base plateform, plastic buckle and screw nut of the shopping cart are replaceable. My shopping cart wheel was scratched broken by the edge because of my own accident. I need a new wheel replacement. When I contact the seller, they sent me a new wheel replacement for free. I think this is a very good customer service, I have never encountered a seller to do this, I am very satisfied with this.
