| Answer: | It does better with big things like leaves, and not very good with silt. It develops holes (pretty quickly in my case), so small things slip out easily. The hose is long enough for the deep end - it's that the bag isn't designed well. |

| Answer: | Hi Rita,If the hose is coiling after one season, it may be caused by hose memory. Lay the hose out in the sun for a couple hours and it should reduce the hose memory. If the cleaner is only going one direction and coiling, this is likely caused by too much pressure, too little pressure or debris caught in the mechanism.Thanks for reaching out. You just have to pull back the foreskin and tighten the ends around the lens or its hood. It's a tight fit around the barrel if you're looking to zoom or focus though, even for smaller hands than mine. |
