Answer:	I don’t have ours handy, but it’s about 6x4 inches. It’s a little smaller than a standard Boogie Board. The screen is also multicolored when you write on it and it’s definitely not the easiest to read. Answer:	Hello! It takes a CR2016 3V battery. This is usually referred to as a 'coin' battery. Thank you!
Question:	Is this the deluxe set with 4 styluses, 60 stencils, 1 roller & 3 stamps
Answer:	It is not the deluxe. It does have 4 styluses but it only has 9-10 stencil pages which are 2 sided. No roller and no stamps. My 4 year old loves it though!
Question:	Do you ship to New Zealand

Answer:	I'm not sure what happened and why there are negative reviews. This is a great product and you should definitely buy this product. Love it!
Question:	Can you back up your notes as you erase them on the app? Will I be able to see what i wrote yesterday on the app and for how long is it stored
Answer:	8.5 doesnt allow for sync. the only app available is call JOT which is just to take a picture of what you have drawn. after erase on the 8.5, nothing can be done to retrieve it back.
Question:	Erase button stopped working.How to fix it
Answer:	The board has a battery. It is a flat button 3volt CR2016 Lithium battery that goes in a chamber located at the top right corner of the board. You need a small Phillips screwdriver to open the chamber. Look for a tiny screw at the top and a "thumbprint" indentation along the top edge. It is very inconspicuous.

Answer:	On the back there is a screen lock switch, so you don't accidently clear the screen. Yours might be locked, just switch it to unlock.
