Answer:	After you wring out the mop, lay the blue side down on the floor, the white side will be facing up, place the mop head onto the white side and push lightly. There are strips on the bottom of the mop head that act like velcro, but not as course as velcro. The mop adheres to the mop head quickly, easily and with very little pressure. It stays on until you pull it off, using the tab to clean the mop. Hope this answers you question.
Question:	how do you know which replacement pads to buy. and can you wash the dry dust pads
Answer:	You get two pads and a dust pad with the mop. I washed the pads in the washing machine, I have not washed the dust pad yet, but it is sturdy and looks like it should not be a problem to wash. The regular pads are sturdy and it depends on how much you mop whether you really need replacements right away.
Question:	how do you get this wet usually
Answer:	Alora, I normally just get this wet in the sink and use it either with just water, or sometimes, with vinegar. I then rinse and wring it by hand in the sink until the water is clean. FYI, it is recommended that when this becomes dirty enough to wash, do not wash it with cotton towels. The lint will make the microfiber less effective.

Answer:	No it does not seal marble. They will tell you that it is a marble POLISH/WAX only. Yes it can be used on any SEALED marble. Leave it alone!+ I'd like my money back.

Answer:	Yes, this will give the eggs a very soft sheen if the marble does not already have a high polish on it. I occasionally use 4-O steel wool to work the polish into the marble. The steel wool helps in removing some stains. It may appear to turn gray, it is just the steel wool. A soft cloth will remove the gray and leave a soft shine.
Question:	Used 3 times on vinyl floor- when does the shine booster "start"? Floor is still dull when product dries
Answer:	I used it on Corian surfaces. It should work on the marble. All it is is an oily material that you have to buff off until the surface is not oily. The shine diminishes as the oil wears off. I was not really thrilled with the product. Maybe I need to use it more often. But then with all the sanitizing we should be doing now, I think it would be a waste!

Answer:	I use both the spray and the cream. The spray when I am in a hurry but the cream does a more thorough job of pryecting granite.

Question:	can I remove pad rinse squeeze out continue to wash another area and so on
Answer:	Yes, you can either use the same pad over and over or change it for a new one as many time you need to.
Question:	Do you use a certain cleaner with these or just water
Answer:	It will depend what you're trying to clean or wipe. You can even sweep with it. I personally use the first one with some type of bleach and then one with just water.
Question:	How do I assemble this mop? Got everything together except can't figure out how handle connects to mop head...does not "screw in
Answer:	It is kinda hard to getbir, but one you get it straight you can slide it in. I had trouble too.

Question:	How about the quality of mop? I'm worried about the quality of ratchet
Answer:	Ratchet is ABSOLUTELY no problem. Its the rope that tangles.
Question:	Does it absorb quickly
Answer:	Absorbs much better than the most wringing mops. The heads are easy to wash in the bucket. And the package send two mop heads in total, which made you able to replace them. match your money:)
Question:	Will the rope on the mop fall off
Answer:	No, but they get stuck on a regular basis. This makes it difficult to wring out. I don't believe I would order again because of that 1 issue. Other than that WORKS GREAT!!
Question:	Is the mop head removable and washable
Answer:	Yes, the mophead can be removed, the plastic attachment insert removed from that, and the mophead itself can be machine washed. I switch out and wash mine, with my bleach-it cleaning rag load, every week or so: when they still look gray after rinsing. I reinsert the plastic attachment insert and hang it to dry rather than putting it in the dryer, but that may just be my personal preference. I found no instructions saying they couldn't be machine dried.

Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!
Question:	Does the wringing side of the pail have clean water in it or is it just for spinning out the mop that's been dipped into the dirty water
Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.
Question:	will this mop work for picking up pet hair rather than just smearing it around like most mops do? Thank you
Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	I would test first. I used this for years in my house cleaning company to remove light hard water stains, but we also used it on tile grout and it did an amazing job breaking down the build up. You have to rinse it off really well too. Never ever use on metal.

Answer:	Absolutely! Just make sure you rinse the product off surface after use.
Question:	My trigger piece broke after just a few months. Is there a way to get a replacement
Answer:	It works on most rust stains better then anything else I have found!
Question:	Can I buy more spare microfiber mopheads
Answer:	It’s very caustic literally hurts to breath when applying it. That being said it should be used sparingly (a little can do a lot) and diluted with water after applying it. This brand is geared toward showers and sinks so shortly after applying it, spray it down and dilute it.

Answer:	I never rec’d this pkg. I cancelled my order because it took to long to reach me. Sorry I can’t help.
Question:	I have this mop and it quit working. the spray & led work but the motor will not run. i have left it alone for a period-still no motor-suggestions
Answer:	One would need to check the manufacturer's website for a full list of compatible washers, but it fits the Bosch Next 500 series. It is held in place by 2 spring loaded circular rods which is a major pain to put on properly. Note this is an issue with the Bosch washer not with this replacement gasket.
Question:	Does this suck up the dirty water
Answer:	If you mean the spring clamps;yes. It comes with one for each end. Follow the directions and pull them as parallel to the washer as possible. I fought with mine purely due to inexperience. If you try to stretch them toward you instead of flat across the opening, it will come off.
Question:	What is the best way to clean the pads
Answer:	It wasn't too hard. Getting the spring tightener on at the end was bit challenging. There are couple of YouTube videos that you can watch before that should be helpful. This was my 2nd replacement for me.Good luck.
