Answer:	During the whole transportation, the suction pads were pressed and they may become hard because of the temperature variation. So they may not stick for a long time when you receive this toy, for the reason that the suction pads cannot breath out all the air. However, there are ways to fix this problem. Please take a few minutes to read the following steps: 1.The most important step, put it into the hot water, 70-80℃(158-176℉), up to 10 minutes to soften the suction pads. 2.After the water is dry, paint some Skin Oil / Tooth Paste/ Soap Suds / Water on the suction pads, then stick to the smooth surface, leave it there for 2-6 hours, after that, you could start to shoot and play the balls. PS. Lasting time depends on what you painted on, as mentioned above, skin oil>tooth paste>soap suds>water.

Answer:	It's funny that the person below says it comes with a little pump because it definitely did not come with a little pump and even in the product description it says "no inflation required" and says it only comes with hoop and balls and nothing else. The picture is really nonsensical. No pump included and no pumping needed. The balls are hard plastic. I actually wish they were a soft or foamy material.
