I have tested a few items and the smallest label size tha tyou may use is 3/8" x 3/4" for a UPC- E barcode and 1" x 2 1/8" for the UPC-A barcode. Answer:	They work a lot better going through a laser printer than any other envelope we have tried. We used to use another product, but the peel would overhand the envelope flap and caused our printer to get sticky. With the blue summit supply envelopes, the peel doesn't extend past the envelope flap, so we have found them to be much better. I hope this helps!

Answer:	The replacement toner is on Amazon so I have no idea why somebody said its hard to find. The printer prints well and for $199 definitely a better option than any ink jet printer. My 2 gripes are that it doesn't print double sided unless you hand feed each sheet manually which makes it a pain. The 2nd issue is it doesn't have a scanner. I have an old Canon laser that printed double sided and had a scanner. The Canon is 10 years old. I would expect new printers to at least have some features and not be bare bones.

Answer:	Ultra slim 5mm - 7mm 2.5" SSD/H type drives. Recommend Ultra slim 5mm version as I've seen people with 7mm version damaged the clips of the bottom cover.

Answer:	This happens when the software that is sending the print job declares the media size and does not match the paper tray. If the paper size of the job does not match the tray size it sends to the MP feeder so you can feed the media that would match. Check your print job and software page size format.
