Answer:	It would be almost impossible to break down the kit contents into 1 gallon batches, you really have to make the whole 5 gallons at once. The contents aren't packaged in gallon amounts. I hope this helps. By the way it's really good beer!

One of the problems is you will have to get use to it and you'll know how much and how often. There are more natural tings that are safer and healthier like Prebiotic fiber with fibersol-2 made by NOW. Great stuff 2 tablespoons in the morning in your coffee. Safe and effective
