Answer:	No. These are total junk. They com packaged really nicely, they are not very sharp to begin with but they were dull after first attempt of use. It wouldn’t cut 2oz soft straps. Get something nice from weaver leather that your grandkids will still be using years from now. Total crap

Answer:	I believe the 38" depth is with the back 11x17 paper feed open and operating. That paper feed probably adds a good 8 to 10 inches to the depth

Answer:	It does NOT have an 11x17 tray...which is very disappointing. I can only print 11x17 when feeding from top tray (singe sheet at a time).

Answer:	The 16650 (even though lower model #) is a more expensive printer and does color prints about twice as fast as the 16600. 12 pages a minutes versus 25. Both will do borderless. Black and white print speed is the same. So far printer has worked well except for occasionally having to be restarted to find wifi and computer sync. Copy and scan functions are easy to use. I like the auto retract paper shelf.

Answer:	Yes it can.
Question:	Can it print photos to 13"x19" ? If not what is max photo print size
Answer:	It can print a 13 x19 photo but won't do a borderless p4int at that size so the finished photo will either have a white border or will need to be trimmed slightly reducing the finished size. I wouldn't recommend using the borderless option for any size. If the printer is printing to the edge of the paper there is excess ink being depositing onto the components of the printer which will eventually cause damage and/or lower quality printing. I believe the manual even states not to use the borderless option frequently.
Question:	does this do automatic duplex printing
Answer:	It does through the paper cassettes (drawers) but does not through the rear paper tray.

Answer:	Load paper.(1) Open the paper support, and pull it out.(2) Open the front cover gently. Important If the disc tray guide (A) is open, close it. (3) Pull out the paper output tray. (4) Slide the paper guides (B) to open them, and load the paper in the center of the rear tray WITH THE PRINT SIDE FACING YOU.(5) Slide the paper guides (B) to align them with both sides of the paper stack.Do not slide the paper guides too hard. The paper may not be fed properly. Important Always load paper in the portrait orientation (C). Loading paper in the landscape orientation (D) can cause paper jams.NOTE: This printer is a quality printer for excellent copies. If you are looking for a production type printer where you can do many copies, it would be best that you go to a copy store and have them do it. If you are seeking a few select prints then this would be for you. I believe that about 25 copies is all that can be loaded at a time.

Question:	Does the PIXMA i8720 handle card stock well? I run a very small greetings card business, and my current printer murders card stock
Answer:	The heaviest we've printed is 140 lb paper by Strathmore. We also print greeting and post cards; aside of drymounting photo paper to card stock (whose photo quality absolutely can't be beat), the best paper we've found for iP8720 direct printing is Canson Stamping Cards (beats Strathmore's inket offerings hands-down; we found it on Dick Blick's site). I don't know if Canson publishes this specific product's weight, but it's probably around ~110 lbs.

Answer:	The previous answer ("Copies, but doesn't scan") is WRONG. I've checked the printer and the users manual, and the iP8720 does NOT have scan capability. It is a printer only--not a fax, not a scanner, not a copier. If you need to scan and copy, then you need a different machine. The main value of the iP8720 is for large-format (up to about 13" by 19") printing. If you don't need that capability, then you'd be much better off with a standard-format all-in-one.

Answer:	This cuts to approximately 70 mils (1/16"). It is also a punch style instead of cutting style, so it would likely crush the corners. We would suggest the Lassco corner rounders instead.
