It came rolled up in a long tube, wouldn’t stay straight after that. It kept rolling up & causing me to flip over in my chair. Get a nicer one if you order one that’s ridged maybe if you do purchase mat. I liked the chair. Comfortable for home computer desk.

Question:	What is the dimensions of the lip
Answer:	My understanding is that this mat was only introduced in July, 2018. If that is the case, you obviously won't find anyone who has had it for over a year.

Answer:	The seller already answered your question before I was notified of your question. So far the mat has worked well for me. I don't think it can break as it is very sturdy for a mat. My dog however started to chew on a corner of mat as I removed it from package, but he was having a hard time breaking it, but once I got the mat away from him and laid it out it was hard to move and he went back to his chew toys. I don't think any manufacturer would consider pet damage to be covered under a warranty (that would not be normal usage.)

Answer:	Hello, As of now, we only have one style and one size.
Question:	Does this mat remain smooth and level with normal usage especially without wheel dents or grooves
Answer:	I think it would be as much as the chair can support. My husband who uses the chair is just over 200 lbs. The mat easily handles him, and the carpet pile is relatively deep. It doesn't shift or seem unstable either. The plastic is solid and firm like a hard floor on top of the carpet.

Answer:	There is no lip on this mat. The dimensions listed are correct. It is 36" x 48".
Question:	I am interested in the 45 x 53 mat with a lip. What is the size of the lip, and is the lip included in the 53" length
Answer:	Not sure on the lip size, but I would NOT recommend the purchasing of this mat. It is made of very thin material, and slides around a lot. I am sorry I purchased this product.

TIP: To determine the thickness of your carpet pile, place a penny on it’s edge down in the carpet pile (like measuring a tire tread).

Note: If the mat would not lay flat on the floor, then you should try to use a hair dryer on the mat with high heat for about 15 minutes.

Answer:	What do you mean by 'pads'? If by pad you mean the Mat - the mat goes with any desk.
Question:	How do you get the mat to lay flat once you have taken it out of the box
Answer:	Maybe in the heat of summer you could lay it outside and the heat would help it flatten out, but it's been several weeks now and my mat still curls under. I've had the chair on it the entire time, but still won't lay flat.
