Answer:	Yes you can. I just scanned a 5 page document using the document feeder. Worked great!

Answer:	Yes it hinges up. The rear hinges seem to be able to lift up higher than just a page, like on a book, but it definitely lifts up. I normally lift up the top to scan one or two pages vs. using the document feed.

Answer:	My photo printing was excellent quality. Adjusting the paper feed system is not an easy adjustment, but much easier on the fourth or fifth time you use it. One small thing is there is a 1/16" white strip on top and bottom. Tom

Answer:	The 880 has touch screen fax buttons instead of physical buttons, uses different print cartridge model numbers (newer possibly) and has NFC support for phones that support. I have not used a 870 so I'm not sure if the 880s touchscreen is more responsive but usually they update the processor on refreshes. Answer:	The machine is not for weight loss (per the literature). This machine will firm muscles. I am using it for muscle firming and bone strengthening. My spouse does research on bone health and he said that heel strikes, such as produced when one stands on the plate, will strengthen bones. I started using this about a month ago and noted that my muscles toned up and got firmer. I have lost no weight, but some fat was lost. I do different exercises using the machine, such as lifting free weights, doing squats, etc. I have used only level one and built up from 2 minutes to 15 minutes per day. I definite saw an improvement in muscle tone. I also noted that my sore knees are feeling better. When I get the next bone density test, I hope that the bones are stronger. I would buy this again.

Answer:	I’ve kept it at a low setting. But I know it can be set higher. Sorry that I don’t know the exact amount.

Answer:	Hmmm, good question! I have a 16 lb kitty that likes to do the same but he's not allowed in the bedroom where we have this fan, so I did a little stability test of my own just now. Although it has a pretty large base, the base isn't weighted and the fan does wobble substantially when I pushed against it so I'm thinking if you have an overly enthusiastic kitty that likes to push up and rub against things (ours kinda rams himself against anything he rubs on more than brushing lightly against things), the weight of a 17 lb cat might would possibly knock this thing over. I'd suggest one of the Lasko Fans that has the faux wood trim - I've seen them in person at the store and they seem to be a bit more stable than this fan.

Answer:	My experience is only business. It works well for letters, Cad Drawings up to 11X17.. I have used it with heavy paper, but not card stock. The color graphics is OK, but may not be so great for photos.

Answer:	Page 309 of the instructions covers the procedure for VoIP usage. If you plug in to the modem and get a dial tone, all is good. If not, call your provider for further instructions. I don't use landline, so I don't fax.

I use the older OS X 10.10.5 and not the recommended OS 10.11.6 or higher and my iMac provide me the right diver right away when I connected the printer to my wireless network and everything works fine. But I cant tell you if the software - which you can download at https://www.brother-usa.com/products/MFCJ5845DW#specifications works on older OS X older than the recommended OS 10.11.6.

Question:	Is the ink included
Answer:	I think the ink was an add on option?!? Not sure but I got 2 packs of ink the black fits in no problem but the colors are for PIXMA TR & TS Not MG3620 so now I have a whole package of colors that don’t fit! Not happy!

Answer:	Is this comparable with Lenovo desktop

Answer:	Do not count on this coming with ink.
Question:	If the color cartridge runs out will it still print black and white
Answer:	The top answer is wrong. Yes you can print with just the black ink cartridge. I just refilled my black ink with the refill method to print shipping labels and it worked fine.
