Answer:	Leave the camera plugged in via charger. When car powers off it enters a low power state via the internal battery power, but you can also purchase the hard wire kit which will hook to car's battery and give constant power to the camera in the low power mode state. Question:	How does the camera turn on automatically and record? Mine need to be power on the camera manually
Answer:	The cameras work with power to the port, no power they turn off. Not every vehicle has a power port that turns off when you turn off the vehicle. Some have one port that is always powered and one that switches off/on with the vehicle. Point here is that it's your vehicle, you need to look at your owners manual or just test the port(s) with the vehicle on and off.
Question:	How to keep the SD card recording continuously and avoid the memory card been full
Answer:	I use 128GB SD card, and works perfectly. I get about 14 Hours of Recording, then it overwrites from top. Just format the card using the camera, and works fine with a 128GB card.

Question:	My cam sometimes turns off when driving, and then turns on again, most of the time the camera works well, does there anyting I can do to solve it
Answer:	I had the same issue, Susie from the Apeman Support Team assisted me. She recommended to check my SD card. Basically, when it gets full then the camera stops recording and turns off. And if you turn on parking monitor when driving, the camera will detects the vibration and turn on automatically, and then if the camera is not recording, it will turn off again, thus the camera turns off. You might want to check whether your memory card is full and turn off parking guard during driving if it was on. Hope it helps!
Question:	I have to keep formatting the memory card as it gets full. Doesn't it do that itself
Answer:	Hi dear, this camera supports both loop recording and Gravity sensor. Turn on loop recording( cyclic record), the camera will overwrite the old file when SD card gets full. Gravity sensor feature helps the dash cam catch the scene and lock the current video when there is collision or vibration. The locked video cannot be overwritten by loop-recording. When there is too much locked video, it will let the SD card gets full quickly. So we suggest to set cyclic record to 3 min and set gravity sensing to "Low". Question:	The night vision keeps changing from the good to the fuzzy back and forth, how to fix it

Answer:	That is the recommended position to the right of the rear view mirror.

Answer:	Yes, it will track the driving speed and real-time location.

Answer:	Yes. The speed gets recorded on the movie file if the unit is connected to the GPS holder that comes with it. There is no way to turn it off currently. The RoadCam has no provision to turn it on or off currently 6th Oct 2020 version 1.0.0.0. 20200908. It's also shows as km/hr and has no option to change it in the app or on the camera currently. The only way to disable the speed monitoring is by not using the provided GPS unit and use the phone holder in it's place.

Rear camera installation

If your car do not have built in reversing system, you will need connect the rear cam cable RED wire into positive lead (12V) of your reversing lamp.

If your car already have built in reversing system, no need connect the red wire to anywhere, just ignore it.

Loop Recording

Continuously recording catches every detail. The powerful configuration supports up to 128G memory card (not included), expand storage, more records. Please format the memory card to FAT32 format on the computer first and format it on the dash cam before use. Parking Monitor

Work as an unattended surveillance guard while the vehicle is off. The dash cam will automatically start recording a video for around 30s when the car encounters a collision.
