| Answer: | The 16650 (even though lower model #) is a more expensive printer and does color prints about twice as fast as the 16600. 12 pages a minutes versus 25. Both will do borderless. Black and white print speed is the same. So far printer has worked well except for occasionally having to be restarted to find wifi and computer sync. Copy and scan functions are easy to use. I like the auto retract paper shelf. |

| Answer: | It can print a 13 x19 photo but won't do a borderless p4int at that size so the finished photo will either have a white border or will need to be trimmed slightly reducing the finished size. I wouldn't recommend using the borderless option for any size. If the printer is printing to the edge of the paper there is excess ink being depositing onto the components of the printer which will eventually cause damage and/or lower quality printing. I believe the manual even states not to use the borderless option frequently. |

When you register the printer, it will set up a $120 Instant Ink credit equivalent to 24 months of 100pg/mn coverage. If you choose to use the Instant Ink (I recommend), this will trigger HP to start ink deliveries and will send you more ink automatically when you starts to get low on ink and arrive before you run out. For the page counts, you can print any amount of ink on the page (letter, brochure, PowerPoint, graph, photo, ...). HP doesn't track/store what you print, only the page counts. There is no paper. |

| Answer: | JVS, from your description, it sounds like you're referring to the two hinges for the MF267dw's platen (scanning bed). They are designed to extend somewhat to accommodate larger sized originals (such as books). One of those hinges has the wiring to power and control the document feeder on top, as well as additional reinforcement to support the weight when the lid is open, and so it is less resistant to movement. The other hinge will seem loose by comparison. |
