Answer:	I have no problems. I set up the chair with the head and legs folded all the way out. Then I fold the head towards the legs until flat, then I fold the head back until it is the the sitting position I want. You should have at least 2 sitting positions that will click into place.

Answer:	I looked on the website and called the help line. Eric answered on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 6:45 pm! Hurray. Answer: because it's all natural ingredients as opposed to pharmaceutical ingredients, the appropriate dose can be administered PRN (as needed) based on the behaviors of the dog.
