Answer:	We had several dozed roses in the planter with water. The function was indoors. The bowl part attaches to the column and we detached it for transport and put it back together at the function. The planters were very heavy as it needed two people to lift. The planter should not fall over unless you tip it over. A high wind would mostly likely tip it over if it was outdoors however. Enjoy.

Question:	Will this keep salt from clumping in humid climates
Answer:	I only purchased one, but I suppose they could stack. They don't hold very much, I didn't pay attention to this before buying. If you stack them, they would hold even less as you couldn't fill them completely. It only holds about 3 tablespoons of salt (or whatever). I hope this is helpful.

Answer:	Yes, if the offering is very small. For example, each one might hold a hole, unbroken oreo cookie, with some space underneath. They're just little trencher bowls for salt and pepper like was used on Medieval trencher tables during feasts, since salt was very expensive back then. Look at the measurements - for a traditional offering bowl, you really might want something bigger unless you're offering milk to Ganesha or cream to the Fey or something.

Answer:	I can't imagine why not. If it stores bacon fat after straining, I don't see why you couldn't use it to strain cooking oil. Another way to strain it, is to put some cheese cloth into a funnel, and pour the oil back into the bottle. Mark the bottle as frying/cooking oil only so that you don't grab it for anything else. I use my crock for bacon fat only.

Answer:	I live in an extremely humid environment and have had no problem with salt clumping in this container. What's important is to keep your fingers or utensils completely dry when picking out the salt, otherwise moisture will creep in and clump the salt. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The inside is polished, but not quite as polished as the outside. My feeling is that you could maybe put some butter in it short-term, for serving during one meal, say for a dinner party, but I would not want to store butter in it long-term; I think it is really best for dry ingredients.

Answer:	I'm not near mine. I think so... I got the black one and it had black foam/cork on the bottom. It would still slide around on the counter until I added clear rubber cabinet bumpers to the bottom. The container itself is really pretty and one of my favorite items in the kitchen- worth adding the bumpers to the bottom.

Answer:	From the base of the handle to the base of the spoon’s “bowl” is 9”. The spoon is 3/4” by 1” and shallow. It is a stirrer, not a tasting spoon. That said, it is rigid; so it works to keep a small pot of, say, veggies or rice moving on the stovetop. Heat tolerance is high. I use it to mix lattes, blender ingredients, tall drinks of any sort AND to stir martinis in my mid-20th-century martini pitcher.
Question:	What is the green tool that comes with the strainer
Answer:	I have owned several of the silicone forks with a steel core and every single one I have owned (all different brands) have done this. I think that it’s inevitable if you use the fork a lot like I do. I was about to order this one to see if it was any better and I’m glad to see your question/comment because now I know it will just do the same thing as all of the others.
