Answer:	Usually with these types of straps, you loop the circle portion of the strap over your head so that it hangs from the back of your neck, and the "J" or hook portion of the strap comes underneath the uke and fastens into the bottom part of the soundhole. You will still need to hold the uke with one or both hands, or it will fall, but this will lessen the amount that you need to hold it.
Question:	How do you attach the strap
Answer:	The little black plastic clip slides onto the wood where the sound hole is (put it on the bottom part of the hole). Then wrap the strap down and underneath then behind the uke, and put the strap around your neck. The strap will support the uke only while you wear the strap. I had to YouTube it to figure it out, because it seemed strange to put it right on the wood. So far it hasn't scratched it yet, though.

How to Tune a Ukulele?

The first step in learning ukulele is to tune,beginner needs a tuner.

It is common to tune your ukulele always, particularly with new strings. Nylon strings take a certain amount of stretching before they settle down and hold their tune.

Begin by bringing each string as close to pitch as possible. The notes we will be tuning each string to, starting from Top to Bottom are: G – C – E – A;

  About Tuning Ukulele

 

  Are you finding your new ukulele always out of tune though you tune it again and again?

  Actually, it’s common for nylon strings since they are new and haven’t adapted to the stretching of tension. Therefore, it’s a little difficult for a new ukulele to hold its tune at the beginning. Please don’t worry, here are concrete steps for you to settle down a new ukulele.

 

  Step 1, tune each string as close to pitch as possible. Starting from top to bottom, finally the order of notes should respectively be GCEA.

  Step 2, pull along the entire string carefully with two hands. Also be careful not to pull too hard on each string while stretching to avoid damage.

  Step 3 , repeat the previous process of tuning and stretching until each string stays in tune gradually.

  Step 4, play your ukulele as frequently as possible. It may take a few days or even few weeks before they settle down. Please be patient, since once that happens, you could play your ukulele at any time!

 

  Note: To protect the strings from damage during shipping, all of them are in loose state. Please be patient to tune it before playing.

Answer:	The soprano is the most traditional size at 20 inches (51 cm). This is the most common one and also the size that most people associate the ukulele with. A tip for tuning your new Ukulele:

Are you finding your new ukulele always needs tuning every time you want to play it?

This is really common, particularly with new strings. Nylon strings take a certain amount of stretching before they settle down and hold their tune.

How to solve:Tune it to the desired note, then pull up on the string over the sound hole to give it a bit of a stretch. That'll take it down about 2 whole notes, tune it back up and repeat until it stays in tune. A lot of folks who maybe aren't used to stringed instruments, especially nylon strings, get frustrated, but don't worry, these are decent strings, they just need a good stretch!
