Assuming 100% efficiency (which no amplifier achieves anything close to that), that's it. These output numbers are fictional.

Honestly, I think the price increase with the 4 covers the case. Since the case was a great idea, I didn't mind spending the extra money for it.

Answer:	I returned the headset I bought in Aug 2018 because the call quality, mic and sound, were very poor. Got a delivery today that I wasn't expecting and lo and behold, a replacement Mpow headset. I connected it to my phone and decided to fully charge it before making a call. Well, I called my hubby and I'm still disappointed with the call quality. He sounded a bit muffled and he said I also sounded a little muffled, but not too bad. He forgot his headset at home today, so the quality should have been better. Will try again tomorrow when he has his headset on, but I'm not hopeful. My previous 2 headsets that I loved were LG Tone 730 and the call quality was perfect. However, the on/off switch broke on both of them. I'm still using the 2nd pair, opening up the case (and taping it shut again) and manually flipping the switch to turn on in the morning and off at night. I would not recommend this headset for making phone calls. If you need it mainly for listening to music, it's ok.

Answer:	In my life, it is NOT "all about the bass." I use these as I exercise, sometimes listening to music, sometimes to podcasts, and sometimes to audiobooks. I am very happy with them, and more than satisfied. Certainly they give me better sound quality than I have had before. Assess the purpose for which you intend to use these. If you ARE "all about the bass," those who are saying "poor quality, no bass" may steer you elsewhere. As for me, I have no complaints.

Answer:	Yes, you can use both earbuds individually. The left earbud will automatically work independently of the right one but the right earbud connects to the left until you separately pair it to your phone. Put the left earbud in the case and manually pair the right one to your phone. Hold the button on the right earbud until the lights blink to indicate pairing, then connect/pair it to your phone. I labeled them X9-Rt and X9-Lt to distinguish between the two.
Question:	how is the sound of the wireless earbuds
Answer:	Wow unless I got a severely defective pair, these sound terrible. When I first tried them on for a couple of minutes they sounded pretty loud on max volume but with absolutely no bass. Now after 10 minutes or so, the volume is no where near what they were when I first put them in my ears and there is still no bass. Compared to $25 Soundbuds slim+ earbuds (also Bluetooth) these $50 ear buds are complete garbage in terms of sound quality. I was looking for an upgrade not a severe downgrade. I will return these and possibly replace because they might be defective. I will update if possible.

Answer:	I had the same experience and found that the buttons are mapped (correctly) to emulate the up and down arrow keys on a computer keyboard. I don't use the up/down arrow keys, I use the left/right arrow keys. Like you, I'm stuck with a non-intuitive button layout. I can assure you that, after a few weeks, you will get used to it. Everything will be fine until you pass off the clicker to a friend and they freak out . I am thinking of trying the free utility SharpKeys and remapping the up and down arrow keys on my Windows 10 computer to switch their function. My hope is if I can switch the action of the up/down arrow keys on the keyboard that the clicker will then work intuitively.
