Answer:	The short answer is YES! My chair does not work and my husband has been going back and forth with the seller trying to resolve the issue. I, at this point, just want a refund. Hopefully, Amazon will be easier to deal with than this particular seller moving forward. Apparently, the size of the chair is a big obstacle for the seller when it comes to returning it. I'll let you know how things turn out.

You will have to spend over $400 to ship yourself. I purchased a chair in COSTCO for $1150. reliable and I can return in next 3 years if it breaks.

The shoulder air pads..are not that important to me and her. For a plus...the heating on this chair is SUPERB. HOPE this helps you out

Answer:	I'm 6'1" and it comes up high enough to massage your neck. There are range adjustments you can make on the hand controller to dial it in pretty precisely.

Answer:	The intensity has three levels of adjustment. To pin-point an area you can run it in manual mode (which puts it in one position) or in this mode they call BodyMap Pro which works one area. I don't really know what shiatsu is so I can't answer that one. I can tell you that I've used mine everyday for probably 2 years and can't imagine being without it.

Answer:	Moved with my father. Suggest to have a 3rd person to move upstairs. make sure have enough space to let it enter and exit the stair and the room door is wide enough. We left it in living room on first floor as it won't get through any of my room doors.

Answer:	I think this chair would be good for your height. I’m 6’ and I fit very well in the chair. The foot portion is adjustable. You just press your feet down as the chair reclines and it slides open more. I have long arms and when I put them all the way back into the arm pockets, I still have about 3” before they touch the end of the pocket. There’s still plenty of room at my head. There’s about 4” of padding left above my head position so a longer torso would still fit well.

Answer:	Yes. Mine has a rather strong odor that reminds me vaguely of gasoline. I've had it for several months and the smell persists, especially when using the heat function.

Answer:	Yes it does, Surprised me when it delivered. There are two airbags (one top and one bottom) of the armrest that press the muscle of your forearm.

The seller provided a fake tracking number which did not work, they after I e-mail several times and the deadline for delivery was pushing a week late I got a delivery tracking number which said It was delivered to someone else on Jan,6! When I called and asked Why? The seller said because my address is no good I should google it! WOW the seller is obviously out of his mind if he thinks any SANE person is going to buy this crap. I`m filing fraud charges and reporting to Better Business Bureau!

Answer:	It is NOT real leather, it is synthetic, or faux, leather. Real leather does not hold up to the rolling action of massage chairs. I'm not sure where the other responders got their information. Just go to the website for this chair and it clearly says synthetic leather, which is not leather at all.

Answer:	We bought this chair in 2013. I have had no problems with this chair, and it is used by everyone; friends and family. It is used at least 10 times a day. Everything still works, the only problem has been the cat scratching on the chair. Mechanically very sound and well worth the money.
