User questions & answers
Question: | Can i connect this wireless microphone receiver to the onkyo rz1100 receiver |
Answer: | dont think it will work in that setting.. maybe 70-80 feet is max for range . |
Question: | What's the advertised range of these? I'm trying to find an extremely long-range microphone to use in a ball field |
Answer: | use a piece of wire put into antenna. maybe radio shack or contact Vocopro directly |
Question: | can I buy just the antennas???? Both of mine broke |
Answer: | I use these for a karaoke show every week, without any problems.A lot of feedback control depends on how you set your equalizer. If you don't have an equalizer, consider adding one to your system. If you eq your system & the room correctly, feedback should be minimal regardless of your microphone. On the other hand, if you keep your system loud, and run a lot of gain on your mics, you're going to get feedback if someone is careless enough to point the mic at a speaker. This is true whether you're using a high-end mic, or a "Bob's Bargin Basement Discount Special".The best way to avoid feedback is to: 1) know your equipment, and how to set it up; 2) plan your set-up - with the goal of keeping the singer(s) between, rather than in front of, the speakers, and; 3) when setting up, take the time to "ring the room" (BEFORE the audience gets there, or you'll make yourself famous in a way that you don't want to be). If you're not sure how to do that, there are some good (and free) online sound reinforcement tutorials. |
Question: | Have seen other mics claiming relatively low feedback when placed close to speakers, how do these perform at higher volumes |
Answer: | Mine appear to be different. The range is 183 to 206 mh. It has the frequency just above each battery on the microphone. |

- Operates in the 900 MHz Band, which is free of TV Station Interference
- All-in-one wireless Mic-On-IC has a pre-amp, compressor, and expander onboard
- Uses proven analog UHF transmission technology for better range and reliability
User questions & answers
Question: | Balanced or unbalanced outputs |
Answer: | Assuming the basis for this question is that you have the VocoPro mics that are in the 600Mhz range and that you want to know if those can be changed. I asked that question to a VocoPro rep and he said yes. I will have to send the mic and the receiver via authorization from VocoPro to the address they would provide. There is a charge for doing this. Call VocoPro to get the latest info. |
Question: | Can the frequency be changed |
Answer: | These microphones are larger in diameter to the Shure SM58. The standard clip, I have found, is too small. I believe VocoPro sells the clip for these microphones. |
Question: | what size mic clip do these use |
Answer: | I found the frequency of the microphone to be shown on a label in the battery compartment. The color button on the bottom of the microphone will indicate visually the microphones difference in frequencies. If the button is blue then all microphones with a blue button have the frequency. |
Question: | what are the specific mhz they run? I have another set and would not want the signals to cross |
Answer: | is this mic rechargeable |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is there 1 common audio output that I could plug into a computer so all 16 microphones would be tied to the zoom call |
Answer: | I use the Scarlett 18i8 2nd Gen as an amp that plugs into a windows 10 laptop. From there you can plug all 4 of the 4 channel VocoPro. I could only get 2 of the channels (a total of 8 wireless mics) to work because of the limitation of Windows and the sound card. A high end Apple laptop will see all 4 channels thus giving you 16 wireless mics. The 2 channel Windows setup with 8 mics works well for a Zoom call. |
Question: | Can i order the vocopro wireless microphone system (digitalconf16) with 12 conference microphones + 2 hand held microphones + 2 beltpack with mics |
Answer: | No, it comes as a package of 16 table top wireless mics. |
Question: | Can the mic be muted when not in use to allow for private conversation at their desk |
Answer: | Yes. Push buttons on the mics allow for muting. |
Question: | i need 10 microphones. Is there available 10 microphones |
Answer: | None |
