Answer:	It is compatible with Windows 10. However it does lack features. I especially was disappointed that there was a limit in the number of photos in a slide show. I find the software Pro Show Gold a much higher quality software that allows a higher number of photos per show with a seamless addition of music or narration.

Answer:	They are membrane switches and not mechanical switches(Cherry MX Red, Brown, Blue, etc). However, I can tell you that they are the best membrane keys I've ever used. They keyboard is very comfortable and has lots of nice options. The illumination effects are very cool. I have had it for 3 years now and have never had an issue. I can also tell you that Roccat has top notch customer service if you have issues(had to return a Kone +).
Question:	Does the head tracking work with the 3.5mm input? If so, how do you reset it
Answer:	I just tested this keyboard right now. About the loudness of keys, it really depends on how much strength you you put in. If you just lightly And carefully touch a key, it does not make any sound at all in my opinion. But if you hit the keys continuously and very fast, which is what gamers do when chatting, or in a fierce battle, I would say it sounds just as loud as a conventional mechanical keyboard. Therefore, I would not recommend this one to anyone who does a lot of typing, especially gamers, chatters at night.

Question:	What is the difference between audiowow and smartmike
Answer:	Here's a complicated YES! I used version 9 successfully being a newbie years ago to do some projects at that time. Haven't needed it until now and have since updated my computer...a lot! So, I upgraded to the new version 16 to have some familiarity. It has WAY MORE stuff than I'm familiar with but the basics are there and does have a tutorial that walks you through each step if needed (which I used!). I read the manual first (that helps) and watched some YouTube videos which are very helpful, by the way! When I get stuck I just click the Help button. It is not simple, but if you're willing to take the time to get somewhat familiar with what you want it to do, it's very logical and easy to pick up. I love that it can take all my old files and convert them to current formats. I'm not familiar with other programs on the market, but I'm very happy with this one that has lots of options to do as little or as much editing as you need. Hope this helps.

It does not function well with GarageBand for iOS (iPhone/iPad). There are many issues that happens. I would never use this keyboard for this purpose because of these issues, so for me this keyboard is pretty much useless since I had planned to use it for that. Personally, I should have just gotten the Akai Mini MK2 for $100 like most other people did. It’s the most popular for a reason!

Answer:	FROM WHAT I REMEMBER THIS HAS INTERNAL STORAGE AND YOU DOWN LOAD INTO COMPUTER AND SAVE IT AND YOU CAN LATER SAVE TO ANOTHER DEVICE, I'VE BEEN RETIRED FOR 5 YEARS OR MORE SINCE I USED THIS I GAVE TO MY BROTHER WHO USED IT IN THE MEDICAL FEILD AND HE HAS SINCE RETIRED AS WELL I HOPE THIS HELPS

Answer:	I do not know, though in my very limited knowledge of such, it sounds like a problem with a mono vs a stereo problem. Sorry!

Answer:	When I purchased from this vendor they did not include the mic. My only option given by the vendor was refund. I chose to keep it and purchase a Sony mic from a different source.
