Question:	Does this have a headphone jack
Answer:	You can layer 8 sounds, but that gets a bit muddy.... I've had success layering 3 guitar sounds to make it fuller, 2 organ sounds, trumpet with a sax for lead... 4 brass instruments for a quartet type sound... a deep drum and a bass guitar is nice.... using the XF you had to erase a riff to layer instruments... with the MODX you can make up a name and save it to the memory... guitars have been improved compared to the XF, also organs.... strings, drum kits, harmonicas, pianos, horns are pretty much the same as the XF, the big development of the MODX is the arpeggio's with layered instruments and sound effects... a lot of movie soundtracks such as Stranger Things are done with the MODX... it is awesome in this category of interesting sounds and arpeggios... limitless really...
Question:	Does it comes with sounds already in it, or is it strictly midi
Answer:	This should work with any quarter inch out from the keyboard into the amp. Try the headphone jack.
Question:	Can i control a modular synthesizer software like vcv rack with this keyboard? it would be awesome
Answer:	Home use, you can run mono Left line to any keyboard amp/combo(Roland KC550) or even guitar combo(Fender Twin) depending on setting and desired sound. For a smaller sound & footprint, a Roland cube combo will suffice. Anything smaller simply use the headphones output. For professional live application simply run 1/4” TS from Main out Left & Right to a radial stereo di(or two single direct boxes)that is sent to house monitors.
Question:	Does include the ac adapter
Answer:	First of all the other answers are misleading. The Korg Krome does not have defects and problems, this is a flat out lie. You can check many consumer sights as well as tech site reviews to verify the statement is inaccurate. Further, when you have problematic defective products/issues, it must be listed in the report to investors and again, no such statement exists. Secondly comparing the Modx and Korg Pa4X to this is not a good comparison. The Pa4x is a top of the line arranger keyboard, the MoDX7 is a mid line synth. They are very different and serve different needs of players. Lastly, if you want to compare the Pa4x to its true competitor that would be the Yamaha Genos and Yamaha Tyros 5. To your question, the closest competitor is the Korg Krome. It has a newly released version that has plenty of you tube videos comparing the two. I suggest you watch those, figure out what your needs are and make your choice based upon the research you do. Roland doesn't have anything really close here in this category, some would say the Juno Gi others may say the FA series, both arguments have merit and detractors. Perhaps another consideration would be a previous generation keyboard. The Korg M3 as an example is a full workstation prior to the Kronos. I bring it up because you can a find one fully loaded with the expanded memory and radias expansion for the same price, maybe even cheaper than the Yamaha MoDx. You also want to consider the Yamaha Motif XS, the workstation prior to the Montage which is what the MOdx is based upon. The Motif XS will likely be priced higher though. Just some food for thought.

Answer:	Honestly it's much better than anything else I could find. Solid build and the keys are great, other keys have a cheap feel but the keys on the A300 are much higher quality. The body has some weight on it but that's what makes it sturdy.
Question:	i just bought a Roland juno ds-88 and wonder if sounds can be downloaded into the juno
Answer:	One comment talking about "shorty keys" is inaccurate. These keys are standard size keys for a synth keyboard. Maybe the person complaining about the "short keys" was looking for piano-sized keys in a Synth.

Answer:	It's completely stand alone. However there is no sequencer on board. It is not a workstation. great synth though. It does have a fantastic software editor that makes programing it very very easy but you do not have to use the software editor you can totally programme it by hand.

Question:	How can i know what power adaptor to purchase
Answer:	You can either connect this keyboard to a computer with a USB cable (one side is the regular usb, the other side is an "A" still male end (the same as you would plug into a printer), or you can go out of the MIDI out with a midi cable into an Audio Interface that has a MIDI in slot. If you go straight out with a quarter inch cable into an audio interface you will receive the sounds from the keyboard and will have to edit it like a vocal mic.

Smart Chord

Choose from two ways to play chords: “Smart Chord,” which lets you play lush sounding chords with just one finger, or “Multi,” which lets you play chords using normal fingering. Smart Chord allows you to play more complex chord harmony using simple techniques, making your performances sound great no matter your skill level.

Arpeggio function

With the arpeggio function enabled, the chords you play are transformed into a variety of musical phrases and rhythms. Every Voice has a default arpeggio type, but you can experiment by changing the type, giving you full control over your creativity!

Lesson function: "Keys to Success"

"Keys to Success" is based on teaching techniques shared with Yamaha over many years. You can select just the key phrases of the Song—the ones you like most or need to work on—and practice them one by one. This lesson is ideal for beginning players.

Each Song consists of several steps. Each time you play all the way through the current step, your performance will be evaluated.

Answer:	Yes, Yamaha Pianica comes with a flexible hose that can be attached to the reed stem so that you can blow into it to activate the sound. You can also blow directly into the reed stem to play.
