Answer:	When you push any electric device - drill, saw, chainsaw - past its normal limits, it will overheat and smell. This is normal. Back off and don't abuse it, by pushing any tool too hard. 1) Keep the Snow Joe running continuously. When you stop the motor, the fan cooling the motor stops too, and builds up heat, hence the smell. 2) Don't push it too hard. When the motor slows almost to a stop, it draws more current, and the fan doesn't cool as effectively. Clear a path half of the width of the machine, and it will work better 3) When clearing deep (deeper than the machine is tall) or wet, heavy snow, push forward till the blower slows almost to a stop, and stop pushing. Back up, letting the motor get back to top speed, and attack again. Finally, this is a really good 14 amp electric snow blower, but it is not a $1,000, 10 hp gas powered monster.. Don't let the snow accumulate more than 10 inches before trying to clear it. . We just had a 24" snow here in Northern NJ, and I went out 3 times. First, when the snow was 8"-10" deep and cleared it. Then a second time when the total was 18"-20" deep, but because I had made the first pass, the second pass was only 8-10. Finally, when the storm was over, I finished up the last 6" or 8" fairly easily. If I had waited all 24" was over to start clearing, I would have been trying to clear snow that was twice as high as the snow blower, and creating tunnels, not clearing snow.

Question:	How many items on hangers can it hold
Answer:	This is a garment rack. It has 3 shelves that help stabilize the structure, since it also has casters. I have 2 of these black wire garment racks and I like them very much. I can't figure out where or why a person would want to use shelf liner (like shelf paper?) on this. This does not have a solid shelf. You could cut a piece of cardboard to fit if you were concerned about very small items falling through. The unit is about 18inches deep and just under 36 inches wide.

Answer:	No, don't listen to the other answers, you're right. The tapered clips do not fasten together on both sides one on the pole, so it can't hold up the shelves and makes the product absolutely useless (I'm pissed)

Answer:	Not sure. No way I would've returned it. I love it!! You cannot do deep heavy snow but last year and so far this year no problems. Once i had to do 2 passes. I ran the snow joe over the snow since it was deep. On the 2nd pass I was able to get down to the hot top.

Answer:	Laughable questions deserve laughable answers but I’ll do my best to answer your question. “Could this snow blower be used on my gravel driveway?” This maneuver will depend on your own skills in balancing acts Mr. Magician. In this case the snow blower’s escaping picking up gravel will depend on whether your driveway consists of small gravel or large. Though, big stones are completely out of the question. If you take the chance on purchasing this blower, after starting your engine slowly tilt the blower backwards in a balanced position. Make sure that it’ll run across the top of your gravel so as not to directly pick up your gravel, whether it is large or small. Your blower might clear the top snow but if you do accidentally grab the gravel itself, “my guess is that it’ll simply move small portions of it around without picking it up.” BUT! What doesn’t work for some may work for others! My own driveway is concrete and my first snow in 2020 was only a few wet inches. Over, and over my NEW Snow Joe wouldn’t pick it up. After reading up on the blower I found that it’ll only pick up dustings. Okay, I waited on a dusting of snow and for me, that didn’t work either. All-in-all I’d tried it three different times and struck out on all three; but that’s just my experience. But as far as your own question goes, gravel is heavier than snow. I wish I could give you the answer of your wish but I can’t. But a hilarious answer would be to pour water over the gravel and first allow it to freeze. Then try the blower and if it doesn’t work, well then, you’ve got yourself an ice rink. Break out your skates and have fun!!!

Answer:	Cara, I'm sorry but I don't understand your question, especially the word "pile." I have 2 of these garment racks and they went together easily. The shelf in the middle is adjustable, so I made one high and hang shorter clothing on it but have more shelf space. I made the middle shelf low on my second garment rack, so I can hang longer clothing but still use the shelf for shoe boxes. It's very sturdy.

Question:	Do they make a cover for this
Answer:	They slide up and down on the rails to the height you want and secured with two pieces that clip together that the rods sit on top of. It was an easy assembly and it holds my clothes really well! I have a bunch of heavy jeans and jackets hanging from them and they haven’t budged! Definitely recommend!

Question:	How can I screw the bolts into the post if the post doesn’t have a threaded end?? It’s not engaging
Answer:	This does not take apart easily. Would not recommend for a craft fair for easy deconstruction unless you can transport it already assembled. I have seen other foldable wood alternatives.

Answer:	From the bottom up they are 15 x 13.5, 13 x 13.5, 11 x 13.5. 8 x13.5
Question:	Is this sturdy enough to be used to store heavy winter coats off season
Answer:	The shelves I have 50lb dumbbells and holds just fine. The clothes hangar part I have full with a couple heavy pea coats 7 hoodies and various t-shirts and robe
