Answer:	Either the advertising is wrong, or every answer to this question is. The weighting variants for keyboards is: synth action, semi-weighted, fully weighted, hammer action. Synth action is a spring and feels like a toy. Semi-weighted are springs but with weights to keep them from springing back up too quickly, but they also feel very unnatural. Fully weighted has a more natural feel, but each of the 88-keys has the same resistance and rebound.
