Answer:	I have had no luck doing that. Other than thick and thin slicing, this tool mangles fruits and vegetables with the other blade options. It is a huge disappointment.

Answer:	The slicing plate comes off and rotates. The little wavy edge on the bottom is the crinkle cut blade. You have to twist the knob on the back, remove it, and put it back on with that side up to do crinkle cut

Question:	What are the ingredients? (I don't give a damn about marketing claims. I only want to know what's in the formula
Answer:	I managed to put an Aresgame 500W PSU into an Optiplex 7010 MT (mini-tower) case. Although the mounting holes didn't match so it's not screwed in (it's kinda held in by that metal clip in the case). But yeah, 750W also might be overkill for an Optiplex 7010.

Question:	Are you sure these dont have malitol in them, they are causing extreme gas issues
Answer:	Not sure what rosti is but I use mine all the time for course grated potatoes and cheese. I have this grater in three sizes and love them all. Real workhorses and I would highly recommend them.
Question:	Are they gluten free
Answer:	I'm getting one of these to replace an antique spaetzle grater which I use to make a Middle Eastern beet salad with *baked* beets. It needs the very large hole. But remember that the larger the holes, the softer the fruit/veggies you can use. For example, potatoes are fine raw, carrots would be much too dense, as would something like turnips. You'd risk serious injury trying to grate something that hard on a grater with holes this large. HTH
