Question:	Have you purchased the laptop holder add-on that attaches to this Omega stand? If so, what do you think of it? Sturdy, good design, quality
Answer:	Yes, the add-on attachment is sturdy and is great quality. I am using it to hold a second keyboard (organ), and it works very well for that purpose. Only drawback: It is a bit time consuming to tear down and set up for frequent gigs, but if you are going to leave it pretty much in one place (like in a home studio, etc.), or move it only occasionally, it is a great product. The stand and attachment are expensive, but all other ones I looked at were not nearly as sturdy or well-constructed. A good purchase overall.
Question:	What is the depth of the stand
Answer:	The two base horizontal leg supports are about 22-1/2 inches each. The top two keyboard supports are about 13-1/2 inches each.
Question:	Did anyone need to use the cable ties and/or bumpons? What are they used for? I have the stand all assembled seemingly w/o issues. Thanks
Answer:	The cable ties are for wiring. I didn't use them. I'm not sure what "bumpons" are, but if you mean the plastic bits that go in the feet and under the keyboard, I used them to avoid scratches of the floor or keyboard. I also use shock absorbers under the keyboard to reduce any key noise transmitted to the floor. I do love this keyboard stand, especially compared to the usual scissor type, because it seems sturdier and can handle shock absorbers.
Question:	Will this hold an 88-key keyboard safely
Answer:	It holds my older Yamaha 88 key P-250 (approx 70 pounds) beautifully. I also have attached the K&M "Stacker", which holds a 35 lb sound module. It is a superb stand...worth every penny.

Question:	Can I buy two of these to get a three tier omega system
Answer:	Technically speaking there is enough room on the stand to attach more than one pair of stackers and they are adjustable in height and angle. What is not adjustable is the depth. If you look at the bottom of the stacker you see a notch and that's the only way you can attach it to the stand. I measured and you get about 9in of depth clearance for the keyboard in the middle (second tier). In summary it looks feasible if you have the right keyboard to put in the middle. Hopefully somebody else has done it and can confirm.
Question:	Can this be adjusted to be level
Answer:	They have 3 different positions (3 holes). Mines are in hole #3 (leaning forward). I've never tried but I would guess that in hole #1 it's probably level or very close.

Question:	Will this work with the yamaha moxf8 keyboard
Answer:	yes. The K&M keyboard stand is a very sturdy stand. I use it with my Roland RD2000 stage piano and it works very good. I also have a 2nd tier that holds my Korg Grand Stage 73.
Question:	Aside from the color,is this the same as the k&m keyboard stand - omega - black (18810.015.55)? it looks like the detail at the corners is different
Answer:	I was contacted by the seller to answer this question as I have purchased and currently own this item. The image of the black omega stand in the following link is wonky: https://www.amazon.com/Stands-18810-015-55-Table-style-keyboard-stand/dp/B008BMGZ3K#HLCXComparisonWidget_feature_div. But when you scroll down to look at the optional features & where they show off the flat storage capability. You can see that the detail at the corners is the same as the the red one (18810.015.91). Also in the main image for the black one, it somehow doesn't show you that the holes for mounting the various horizontal bars extended through the the whole top beam, (so you have more positions to mount various size keyboards). I struggled with this same nonsense. I think if you go with the black one, it will have the detail that you see in the red image. I love this stand. I use it for my nord keyboard which is also colored red and it looks slick. Well constructed. It's not too bad to gig with

This K&M Rick stand is definitely strong enough for large 88-key digital pianos - its max load capacity is 110 lbs (so is the K&M 18995 - its max load capacity is 99 lbs). The K&M 18995 is very similar to the K&M Rick - both are double-braced, heavy-duty X-brace stands with convenient adjustment. The K&M Rick has an ergonomic clamping lever that is a little easier and more comfortable to use. The K&M 18995 features a quick-release push button system.

Question:	Can the Omega adapter arm be used with this stand to get it out of the way of an 88-key weighted controller
Answer:	Yes, but you need to attach the horizontal bar so the stand is projecting forward by 45 degrees (not back at 45 degrees as they show in the picture). I use it this way and find it more convenient for viewing the laptop screen. I use it with a Komplete Kontrol S88 keyboard and Komplete software, so I mainly use the keyboard controls to control the software, but the laptop keypad is still within reach. This may not work so well if you use the add-on brackets to stack a second keyboard (I don't, so not an issue).
