Middle Pickup. String span is 50mm with the pole pieces 10mm apart. Resistance is 5.1-5.52 k-ohm. Inductance is 3 - 3.2 Henry. Reverse wound and opposed magnetic polarity, North pole faces up.



Bridge Pickup. String span is 52mm with the pole pieces 10.4mm apart. Resistance is 5.97-6.1 k-ohm. Inductance is 3.72 - 3.77H as opposed to our standard wind of 2.61 Henry. South pole faces up.



To give you some idea and comparison of their power a US-Strat ( 72 ) has an inductance of 2.2 Henry on the bridge and a noiseless Strat of around 2.5 Henry so expect these pickups to have a fuller sound with increased mid and lows whilst retaining the clarity and bright tone of the trebles as you would expect from single coils.



Metallor pickups use ceramic magnets as these are even brighter than Alnico V or III, and in higher output pickups help to counterbalance the treble lost by the higher resistance (remember higher resistance means more midrange, but less highs).

• These are a single coil design machine winding and calibrated with the magnetic field to produce double the output inductance of regular single coils with each set of pickups having its own unique flavour. This special winding also has the added advantage of keeping the Ohms roughly the same as a vintage wound single coil.
• Each pickup is designed for a specific location to match up with the increasing width between strings and produces the ideal power for that tonal position.
• The mid position pickup is reverse wound and opposed magentic polarity to ensure true hum cancelling properties in switch positions 2 and 4. All pickups are wax potted to reduce unwanted noise
• Flat pole pieces and no trapezoid bases mean these pickups are suitable for left and right handed guitars.

Answer:	Yes. It sticks to the guitar but when we got ours the adhesive had been ruined. So that was a bummer they also sell them at Guitar Center for way cheaper!!!

Answer:	I haven't tried for the same concerns. Regardless, if I were given the chance to buy again, I wouldn't. I put several picks in the holder after attaching it, and it seems that I have put too much pressure on the "spring." If I don't keep it packed with picks, there's not enough pressure to keep them in place. All that being said, it makes it a bit pointless.
Question:	Do they in black n cream color
Answer:	It does not work well. The internal spring mechanism is not stable, allowing the picks to shift around. Even worse, the opening is a touch too small, making it difficult to remove the picks. I returned it.

Answer:	yes, they will fit any standard humbucker equipped guitar. I have a set of Seymour Duncan humbuckers in my Epiphone Les Paul.

Answer:	Invaders are super hot you almost have no cleans with invaders. These are sh4 JB for the bridge and SH2n Jazz for the neck.... these are a good match but if you want something slightly hotter use an SH1n 59 in the neck and the SH4 JB in the bridge both of these are good matches with very good distortion if needed without the ugly muddy tone..... think Van Halen Ozzy Ozbourn, or most 80s hair bands..... if you need something heavier there are the invaders and Duncan Distortions but if you need versatility with clean as well as distorted.... use the JB in the Bridge and either the SH2n Jazz or the SH1 59 int the neck........ MY Preference is JB 59 set but JB Jazz is a great combo as well have fun guys!!!

Answer:	Absolutely! The hot leads go to the pickup selector switch regardless of the configuration. The ground leads will go to either one volume pot, or one on each pot. It doesn't matter as they're all tied to a common ground anyway. The pickups come with wiring diagrams for different configurations, but you don't really need it. Just unsolder the old leads and solder the new leads in the same place. You should have no problem with it.

Answer:	Maybe; you might need to do some work on the cavity in the guitar and possibly the pickguard. The back side is about 3-3/8" long by 1 inch wide at its center, with radiused ends. The ends have about a 3/8" radius. One side is flat, the other has tapered ends that go from the radius to about 1/4" or so from the center. I can't say how good this will sound because I haven't installed it in my lap steel body yet. I don't imagine it will be the best sounding because it is so inexpensive, but who knows, maybe I'll be surprised. Hope this helps!
Question:	Can they be used too replace my single coils
Answer:	This is not piezo. It works like an electric guitar pickup. All you have to do is drill a hole for the pickup, controls and jack, and your good. As long as you juse this for an aoustic instrument, grounding isn't really necessary, unless you would like to make a place to do so.

Answer:	I experiment doing stuff like putting the pickups in random slots. The neck pickup is always more bass tone as the bridge is treble. It’ll work but you can always change it . When you are changing pickups it’s a very good time to change the guitars volume and tone pots and install capacitors treble bleeds and if you ask Siri or hey Google they will show you the wiring patterns and find a diagram that best suits your configuration . This is a very good practice and you will thank me . After you play it again ... cheers
