You pull the arm out and the lower wing is actually on a normal ratchet of a normal style boom arm. I can't remember its length- and you adjust angle and rotation of the arm at that ratchet, and of course regular tilt at the other wing. |

I had this issue when I first set it up but after tightening it it seems fine... I'm sure it can loosen from playing though, so if this is a hard requirement then I would steer clera. |

You should be able to retract the top tube so the bottom high hat is no more than 28 inches from the ground. If this is still too high I suggest stop kneeling and find something to sit on. It's a good stand. |

| Answer: | I don’t believe so. I think you get what they manufacture, which is a single size. From what I can remember, 8mm is the relatively new size of threading. Are the 6mm ones you have “older”? Trying to find adapters to go between sizes is a nightmare and a half. The SC-MCA6 are definitely 8mm 1.25. I hope this helps. |
