Answer:	My son was able to support his head just fine at 2 months so we started at 2 1/2. We had to tie the crotch area together to prevent hip dysplasia and also minimized his time.(15 minutes at a time max). Answer:	The weight limit is 28 pounds, but I 'm not sure about height. However, my guy is now over 28 inches tall and has to hook directly into the hanging unit (not the chain). He will grow out of it soon.
