| Answer: | I only use a drop of dish soap if its some kind of fat or dairy in the recipe. I always quickly rinse out well then soak with a generous splash of white vinegar and hot water. After a few minutes I use a long wood cleaning brush to get it all clean and then rinse again very well. Let air dry before you store it. Preferably with the lid off or loose so it get air. You want to prevent any mold. |
