Answer:	It gets stiff relatively easy and is not the best for hearing. I would at least double your price point, spend more like $50-60 and it will improve your nursing assessment and the life of your stethoscope. I regret having been cheap and bought this one.

Answer:	The head is adjustable. Make sure you have it turned to the proper head. You can hear a click when you change it from the small to the large bell. The large bell is for breath sounds. Make sure that the ear pieces fit snugly in the ear canal. You should have different sizes to accomplish that

Answer:	It’s bulky but it’s good enough . I’d go with a simple litmann or the like.
Question:	Scale of 0-10 (0 being not to save my life and 10 being OMG yaaaasss), how likely are you to recommend this stehoscope based off of sound quality
Answer:	Remember... its 10/10 for its prise , also 10/10 for medical students ... If you are looking for the look ...its great looking stethoscope! Its good for daily use but not a 3+years life stethoscope like litmann's brand for example:) I had it since year... its working good ... no problems yet ... but when you compare it to litmann class 3 (like you compering hyondi to a Mercedes) both doing there job but the quality little felt more in litmann , and it doesn't fit good in the ears .... so it sometimes annoys ... if you dont care about the look ... save some and get littmans classic 3 of course

Question:	can it be used to listen to a foetus heartbeat
Answer:	I don't know. I work with adults mostly but it does have the child side bell so I'm sure that would be beneficial to listen to a baby's heartbeat. Hope this helps.
Question:	Does it fit tightly in your ears and stay tight after years of use
Answer:	I have one for like 7 years plus with almost daily use. It has been nice and snug. Only had to replace the ear piece once when it looses the flexibility. I purchased another one this year and seems like the new material of the ear piece is softer and more flexible. The binaurals stay snug after that many years.
Question:	How comfortable are the earpiece
Answer:	A+ for the comfortability probably I've used the same model for years. The earpieces turned stiff after 6 years of usage but no problem in terms of the stethoscope function after changing the earpieces.

Answer:	I would definitely recommend this acoustica XP Stethoscope. It has a comfort seal for hygiene and comfort. It is ultra sensitive for amplification.
