Answer:	I am not allowed to drill holes since I rent. Thus I used shorter screws for some holes. And for the top I used a strong nail. Make sure the screw head and nail head is large enough that it won’t go through the hole. Keep in mind, this method will reduce how much weigh limit there is now. What I wanted to put on my shelves doesn’t weigh much.

Answer:	Yes, my tall 2 year old is already too big for it. He's 35 in tall And 30lbs. t's a very narrow seat. The wheels are pretty narrow too. If you're in the shorter side, it's not that big of a deal, I'm 5'2 and I can push it ok, my man is 6'1 and he can't. He has to hunch over and his feet always kick the wheels. I kick them too unless I push with my arms straight out in front of me.

Answer:	I threw the box away a couple of years ago after I received the carrier. The assembled outside dimensions are 59.5" x 21" x 6.5". The carrier came in two halves with the receiver tube assembly and connecting plates, bolts, nuts, etc as additional parts. If I recall, the box was about 32-36" x 24" x 9-10". The two basket halves were nested together with the other parts inside the halves. It was good quality packaging and well packed to keep the parts from rubbing.

Question:	Is the tirangular metal maeh in the bottom aluminum or steel
Answer:	Purchased our Curt model 18100 in Milton, WA, in July, 2016, and assembled it ourselves. The mesh is aluminum as is the angle metal that borders the mesh. The square tubing with all other bracing and bolts are steel. Ours came with Nyloc® nuts.
Question:	Would I have to purchase a hitch pin or is one included
Answer:	The pin will lock the carrier in place in the folded position, or unfolded position. You will need a second pin to keep the carrier stable. I bought a locking pin. Works great on an Acadia with a factory installed tow hitch, but make sure you get the correct size for your hitch (diameter and length, or it won't fit through the hole). Our shelves can be printed and painted, however, if you use water pen, it will be erased very easy. While painted or printed with oily pens, paints, which can be attached long time (not easy of being erased), you can use alkaline water or industrial alcohol for erasion, never use Tianna water or paint thinner. It is recommended to painted or printed on the white board, preferably the Evron Auminum White Shelves, as they have good paint effect and is easier to clean.

Step pad

The CURT step pad #31001 provides a 6” x 10” anti-skid stepping surface on the front or rear of the vehicle. When installed on your front receiver hitch, it offers a convenient step for under-the-hood access, particularly on larger vehicles.

Winch mount

The CURT winch mount #31009 features a use-as-needed design. It has standard mounting holes to accept a variety of winches and attachment points for a fairlead. The bolt-on handles also provide a convenient hold during operation.

Skid plate

Three factors to consider

There are three main things to consider when selecting a trailer hitch ball mount: how much weight you are going to be towing, what size receiver tube your trailer hitch has and how much drop or rise your ball mount will need (below).

Trailer weight vs capacity

First, be sure to select a ball mount with enough gross trailer weight capacity to fit your trailer. Trailer weight is one of the most important aspects of towing, and you should never exceed the weight capacity of any component of your vehicle, trailer or trailer hitch setup.

Hitch receiver size

Next, determine what size shank you will need. Receiver tubes come in a handful of standard sizes, including 1-1/4, 2, 2-1/2 and sometimes 3 inches, so finding a ball mount to match is relatively easy.

How to determine drop or rise

After you know how much weight you will be towing and the size of your receiver tube, you will need to determine the drop or rise necessary for your trailer.

Drop or rise is the amount of height difference between the trailer and your tow vehicle, whether that difference is positive (rise) or negative (drop).

The diagram offers a quick explanation for how to determine your needed drop or rise. Take the distance from the ground to the top of the inside of your receiver tube opening (A), and subtract it from the distance from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler (B).
