Answer:	No they don't come with carrying case but they do come in a box. Also, there is so much reflective area on these I feel like the LED light is just a bonus. I personally use just the cones without the lights. You will not be disappointed in these. Just remember to collapse from bottom ring to top. I like these so well I plan on purchasing another set soon for my parents. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Hi, I put batteries in mine, but had to put the white part back on just right in order to make it work. Try taking the bottom part, the part that holds the battery and rotating it just a bit before putting it back on the light
