Answer:	I'm not sure--you could order it and read the package or check with a local cooking store and see if they have one and ask them. Good luck!

Answer:	I can't tell if it's non-toxic, but I can tell you that the coating is not Teflon. It feels like an enamel. No matter how I oiled this egg poacher, the eggs always stuck to it. I tried "seasoning" it by oiling it and keeping it at low temperature for an hour or so. The eggs still stock. Getting them out of the pan always made a mess. I finally donated it to one of the local charitable organizations (which might not have been very charitable of me!)
Question:	What is the height of this item when it is sitting on a flat surface
Answer:	The actual pan is about 1 inch tall, and has a handle in the middle that is about a inch tall, so total 2 inches. It's meant to sit in a pan of water and the boiling water is what poaches the eggs. I even recommend spraying the pan with Pam cooking spray, makes it easier just to wipe clean. I bought 2 and one is great at the egg not sticking without Pam cooking spray, while the other the eggs would stick if I didn't use Pam cooking spray, Overall I still like them.

Answer:	Yes, you can poach just one or two eggs at a time. Make sure you keep the empty cups in their space so you don’t get extra steam over the eggs you are cooking. The extra moisture will make a bad egg. By the way, this is the best poacher I have ever used...Enjoy!

Answer:	I have only had mine for a short time, however the non stick coating is made of a quality material and if you hand wash them after each use I believe they should last for quite some time. I do spray a little Pam on mine before using. The eggs slide very easy either way.

Answer:	Hello! That's a good question, the Microwave 4 Egg Poacher is designed to make poached eggs, specifically. An over-easy egg tastes best cooked in a frying pan on a stovetop, which would be hard to imitate using this product. I hope that helps answer your question!

Answer:	I have the 4 egg version. It is something of a trial for time, however if you manage to center the unit well, the eggs are similarity cooked. I put my 4 in for 70 seconds in 1200 watt and get 2 over easy, 2 over medium. Occasionally I add 5 seconds more.

Answer:	That’s a great question. I never thought of that however, the time if made one or two eggs I left the empty cup in. Don’t think it will make a difference.

Answer:	This may seem obvious, but the more water you put into it, the longer it will take to boil. Like others have said, anything below an inch of water is plenty for the 3-5 minutes it takes to make 1 batch. If you are looking to make consecutive batches, then pour more water. The water shouldn't have to touch the cups, as you are steaming the eggs.

Answer:	Use the tine of a fork or a toothpick to pierce the yolks before microwaving for 90 (+/- ) seconds at 50% power.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. I use one minute per egg. If I use Vegetables , I spray the omelet maker and cook them for about a minute. Then I add the eggs milk and cheese. Question:	does the poaching tray and inserts lift out? If so, will it serve as a covered skillet also
Answer:	I did not get instructions but I found them on line. You Just fill the pan with an inch of water then place the egg poacher on the pan. Fill the cups with up to 4 eggs and place the lid on it and keep the water boiling until the desired cooking time of your eggs (about ) five minutes and you are done. I do recommend lightly spaying or wiping the cups with olive oil to ease the eggs from the cups after cooking. I hope this helps.
Question:	Can this pan be used on a electric smooth top stove with smooth surface
Answer:	I've always hand-washed mine mostly to keep the stainless steel from being tarnished, and also because I've heard that washing anything with teflon in the dishwasher could possibly ruin the teflon. It's up to you, but I would say no, you shouldn't clean your poacher in the dishwasher. Hope this helps!
