Question:	can we attach reusable cloth(some rug available at home) for wet mopping
Answer:	I routinely attach a microfiber cloth for wet mopping and a white cloth rag for drying. Does it fit perfectly-- no. Does it work-- yes. There are wet mopping cloths from swiffer but they are scented, which I loathe.
Question:	Anyone know how to push the extension handle back to the shorter form? It's too long for my mom to use effectively. Thanks
Answer:	You can remove one of the pieces of the handle. You push the little buttons on the sides so they are completely in - hold down both buttons (one button on each side) at the same time and then pull up - that should release the piece of the handle. You can pull out the middle piece and not use it but then it might not be long enough. The handle isnt adjustable so other than pulling out one of the pieces, I dont think there is anything else you can do to make it shorter.
Question:	Does this mop come folded, like can I pack it in a suitcase to travel with
Answer:	Hi Layla, this mop actually doesn't fold but it detaches into 5 different pieces. I guarantee it will fit in a suitcase. The box that it comes in is pretty small and it will also fit in your suitcase. I hope this answers any questions that you may have had. I personally love this product on my wood floors because it disinfects the area, smells nice, and scrubs away dirt and grime. I would recommend it to anyone that doesn't have carpet floors.
Question:	Does anyone know if the cleaner has a neutral ph? I have the new Smart Core Vinyl planks and it says to only use cleaner with a neutral PH

Answer:	The only difference seems to be that the Pet refills seem to have Febreeze freshener. We have a cat. We love the Heavy Duty refills. They are Unscented.

Answer:	I love them and dont use the old ones anymore! They for me seem to pick up everything, and it holds to the pad until you throw it out! I use them in Bathroom, Kitchen, Front door area, Laundry room. All rooms it picks everything up from dust, lint, dirt, leaves from plants. I even sometimes tilt the pad diagonal and sweep across the floor and crown molding and it cleans both! But I do see dirt and dust of all types in the middle area, hairs as well!
