Answer:	You can test yout pH as often as you want. Just make sure you don't eat nor drink at least for a couple of hours before testing your body pH. If you're looking to get the most accurate results the best time to test your body pH is first thing in the morning before eating or drinking water.
Question:	Can you explain the purpose of the two pads on the strips? This confused me on another brand, colors reacted differently
Answer:	Ideally you want both pads to match the color chart. The reason why there are two pads on the strips is for a more accurate reading, one of the colors goes from neutral to alkaline and the other goes from neutral to acidic so in essence going different directions on the PH scale. Sometimes you won't get the pads to match the chart 100% because they work in .25 increments. For example, if your pH level is at 6.63 and the color chart on the box goes from 6.50 to 6.75 then you would get slightly lighter colors than the 6.75. In that case, you want to match the closest color to the chart to get the most accurate reading.

Answer:	I experience the same thing; however, it seems one of the two, the green patch, is a clearer indicator for me. When in doubt, I accept the lower reading. Up or down one reading is close enough for me, especially when a nutrient I started taking raised the reading from 5.75 to 6.50 which could have been a 6.75.

Answer:	Hello The strips last around 90 days once opened. The reason for this is that the reagents on the reaction pads start to deteriorate once you open the seal and the strips get exposed to air and humidity. This is normal for these types of strips. All urine strips regardless of brand will generally last 2 years sealed but 60 to 90 days once opened. We choose to make this clear on our packaging so that our customers are aware. Thanks! Question:	We have a male cat that needs testing of his urine, after a urinary blockage--will these strips work for his urine also
Answer:	Technically No. A standard wash may cause the internal insulating fill material to clump together during the spin cycle. This will cause the bag to be uncomfortable and loss it's ability to properly keep you warm. I've ruined sleeping bags this way years ago as a kid. My front loading washer machine was a "hand washing" setting selection with the option to turn the spin cycle off. I wash the bag twice (once with the soap reservoir about one-third full of HE Laundry Soap and a second hand wash cycle with just water to ensure the sleeping bag is properly rinsed. Use cold water on both washing cycles. Finally, let the bag drip dry on a drying line outdoors or indoors in your laundry room or garage. Make sure to turn the bag inside out after 8 to 12 hours of drying so it can finish drying properly. This washing/drying method keeps my sleeping bags from being ruined. Use a quad size washing machine at your local laundry mat to wash your sleeping bag(s) if your current washing machine is too small to handle this sleeping bag. Air dry on a paracord line at your home. A tower fan pointed at the sleeping bag while it's on the drying line will help the bag dry much faster. Sleeping bag liners are a great way to help it stay clean. They are sold in cotton, satin, silk and various other materials. I find the silk bags are extremely comfortable. The sporting goods section at your local Walmart should sell cotton sleeping bag liners next to the sleeping bag section. Hope this helps you out. Question:	Once the bottle is opened, do these test strips expire in a certain number of days? The ones we use now expire 90 days after opening the bottle
Answer:	Not! The bag I just received is flannel colored but doesn't feel like old school cotton flannel.... and it is not that. The tag on bag says 80% cotton, 100% polyester filling, and poly [thin] ripstop exterior. The flannel isn't the soft, cozy, fuzzy feel of flannel sheets. Unless those sheets were part ploy as well.
Question:	Why are there 2 testing ph's on each strip and how do I know which one to pay attention to
Answer:	Not sure how long the strap is when at it's longest length. It is not long enough to go across the chest easily. The strap does not have clip ends so that it can be removed.
