Question:	I need plastic measuring pitchers for soap making but i need them to be heat resistant. Would these work
Answer:	I had used this with some warm fluids and they responded well, the plastic didnt loose its clarity neither it got soft; that said, I would not recomend to use this for direct heating or exothermic reactions, mainly for safety concerns. If it helps to say it, remember that any plastic could resist a gentle warmup by water bath, so if your not planning to do heavy heating, you might as well try this beakers out and see..

The melting point for Polypropylene is 266 to 340 °F, but I would not trust these container to safely hold liquid above 140 F.
