Atrix manufactures the Atrix backpack cord (pigtail) a certain length for two reasons: 1) users of this product range from professional cleaners to homeowners, and by manufacturing the cord as a pigtail it allows the operator to choose which size extension cord best suits their application; and 2) if the extension cord is damaged, it then offers the operator a quick fix - simply by replacing the extension cord, not the entire vacuum. Answer:	I have not found a replacement filter, I do not have an idea what I am going to do when I have to change the filter that it is done within 2 or 3 month after one use it. Amazon does not sell it, and I checked all over the internet and nobody sells the filter for Dibea UV10, and anything similar that one can use it. I am sorry that I can not help you, I think we are going to have the same problem when one has to change it.

Answer:	From new, the rechargeable cells of the product needs a minimum charge time of 16 hours to ensure full power. We suggest you fully discharge the product when it is used for the first time as this will help the cells recharge faster. After the first charge, the product will charge by 9 hours. The product may remain on the charger at all times when not in use. Make sure the vacuum is turned off before placing on the charger. The product will not charge when the switch is in the on position.

Answer:	Yes UV lamp can be replaced and will be available for purchase at our website at end of Feb. These lamps are made by Philips and have a very long life cycle. The product is the North American official product and therefore electronics are ETL certified.
Question:	I understand tests demonstrate the product can remove 99% of dust mites. Any studies proving they are not escaping from the filter while vacuuming
Answer:	As stated in Samantha's response, the HEPA filter traps particles down to 0.3 microns (much smaller than dust mites). Also, this vacuum collects dust mite matter (not alive) so nothing will be escaping while the product is off either.

Answer:	The product will work on carpet or any fabric surfaces. Many of our customers however do not feel comfortable taking the vacuum they use on flooring/carpet to use on their bedding.

As we have not tested it specifically on this material, we recommend trying LITE on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Answer:	The RS2 is our high-performance model. It features 3 operating modes - heavy, normal and delicate and a rotating brush to help scoop up particles and hair. The LITE is our entry level model. Answer:	Do you have it extended all the way out? It is fine for me. Otherwise, call the factory and the might be able to get you an extension. Another option is to use an extension from another vacuum.
