Question:	I already have a hole one the wall that’s 1.75 inches. Would this work
Answer:	You would have to enlarge the hole to 2 3/8" because that is the hole saw size that is specified. The issue you have is that you cannot use the specified hole saw easily, though, because you have no centerpoint to drive the hole saw's drill point into so that the hole saw would be centered and be able to create the wall opening you need to have. What I would recommend is to make a 2 3/8 hole template on stiff paper or cardboard, center it over your existing 1 3/4" opening, trace the template onto your wall, and then cut out along the traced line with a Roto-Zip type tool, Dremel tool, drywall jab saw, or even a metal hack saw blade. Doing this will give you a hole through which the body of the twist-lock grommet body will pass. The hole you make doesn't have to be overly "clean" because the grommet flange will cover it. Hope this is clear and works for you.
Question:	I bought 2, watched the video, but I can't figure out how to make the clips flush to get them into the hole
Answer:	Each of the two clips (locking wings) has a flexible tab with a little bump on it, next to the outer side of the tube. Do one wing at a time. Press and hold the bump for a few seconds and then rotate the wing into the tube. The tabs are precision molded to keep the wings in activated position for the first several turns of the tube.
Question:	I want to install the grommet on a wall that has 5/8” drywall and 3/8” sheer wall behind it. will it work
Answer:	Yes, the Grommet will work with the combined 1" surface thickness of 5/8" and 3/8".
Question:	Is the outside wall-side surface paintable
Answer:	Yes, it is paintable. Keep paint off the underside of the cap and the inside of the pass through tube to ensure that the cap will be properly secured in the tube.

Question:	Is the hole large enough for RG11 cable
Answer:	it does not allow RG6 quad; not familiar with RG11
Question:	Are you supposed to use one one the outside wall and one on the inside wall
Answer:	Yes... that's the way they work. Unless the inside connection is going to a plate on the wall.. then you won't need one on the inside. It's just a way to make it look neat.
Question:	what size hole needs to be drilled in order to use this
Answer:	The seller claimed a 3/8" hole for the single, but I found that a 3/8" hole is too small. You need 1/2" hole. You can cut the bushing with a utility knife to make it fit a 3/8" hole, but this weakens it and it will come apart if you ever need to pull it out.
Question:	What size hole do you drill to install the feed through
Answer:	12mm is just right for a snug fit. 1/2" (equal to 12.7mm) is OK but maybe just a tad loose and 7/16 is too small. If using 1/2" add a little caulking to the back to hold it in place and you will be OK.

Answer:	The plate part of it is shiny, just like a standard switch or receptacle cover. The inner part that is rubber, where the cable comes though is more of a matte finish....it's rubber.

Answer:	I think 30 pounds is too big. I use it for two cats. One cat weighs 7-8 pounds and the other cat weighs 5 pounds and it is perfect for them. You would need a much larger door. Answer:	If your cat wants in, it will just claw the screen and tear it open and come on in. Screen in door isn't very strong.

Answer:	No cracks and there are even magnets in the door to make sure it stays shut. The magnets are pretty powerful too. So much that my cat could barely get through and I had to demagnetize the door so she could use it. No roaches can get in unless they're like HULK roaches. And if that's the case you may have another problem on your hands.

Answer:	The grooved opening is a softer bendable material that makes it easy to put various cords through. Not sure how strong a leopard gecko is though to fully answer your question.

Answer:	It's a sturdy rubberized plastic. It can definitely squeeze into a hole that's a couple millimeters smaller than recommended but not much more than that without using a rubber mallet to secure it.

Question:	Will these work in a 1" hole? I cant find a 24.5mm hole saw
Answer:	The Grommet wall outside diameter is around 25.4mm and it's flexible. So when the hold diameter is 24.5mm, it's very tight, and when the hole is 25.4mm, it's not that much tight!
Question:	Can you fit a 3 prong power plug through this
Answer:	The inner space of the grommet is diameter 21mm (0.82"), guess most of those plug dimension are bigger than that. So Should can not going through unless it's smaller than 0.82". Also it's a flexible item, it is possible if plug is slightly larger than that (1-3mm larger).
