Answer:	These mats do not slide. If you put a toaster oven on top of the mat, if you pull the toaster oven forward or push it back the mat stays in place, it does move at all. I love these mats.

I have a better idea using a method with which I have been successful with several cats. You can easily train the cat to know that the kitchen counters are a bad place to be. It's very simple: When you are not using the kitchen, use cardboard material to make a false edge all around your countertops. Use your plastic food containers, bowls, cups, etc to hold the cardboard in place. When the feline leaps to the counter, she will pull down on the cardboard, and the sound of cascading plasticware will send her packing. If you are in the next room one evening watching TV when that happens, you can smile that you really are smarter than your cat. You won't have to set it up again but for 2 or 3 times till you notice that the cat stops jumping. I had a black glass cooktop in my house with two big tabbys and they were never burned. But what I did find were paw prints on the cooktop when I got home from work. I used the above method and the paw prints stopped. If, by chance, your cat's feeding location is ON the countertop, then you will need to stop doing that post haste, and the training period will take longer. Cats are very trainable but persistence is key. While you are in the kitchen, calmly redirect the cat by saying 'no' and placing her on the floor whenever she jumps. Best of luck.

Question:	i want to spray inside of fenders and hood- mostly just for protection--Do i want base coat or laqure or enamel? dont know what is best for this job
Answer:	The ones I ordered were the specified size and did not shrink. They may expand or contract VERY slightly in the heat of the sun or the cool of the night, but mine are installed indoors so I cannot verify how much variation that might cause. I doubt it would be 1 to 2 inches, though.
Question:	Is the paint gloss black or white? I want gloss black
Answer:	I purchased my three in black but: FACE is 91% polyester, 9% cotton; BACK: 92% polyester, 8% cotton with silicon drops as it is skid resistant on the back side. INNER: 100% Cotton. Hope this helps!
