Answer:	Hot water is only produced when there is demand for it and there is a short delay while the water is heated. So, you can get a momentary cool water output, but I would not call it a problem. In fact, I hardly notice if it happens.

Answer:	The Rheem RTG series are Direct Vent indoor and outdoor models; the Rheem Prestige™ RTGH is a series of high efficiency condensing tankless indoor and outdoor gas water heaters designed for continuous hot water.
Question:	how much gas does this use at when running. How many CCF. I currently have a 80 gallon high efficiency hot water now. Can I use this connection or do I need to run a 3/4 in gas line directly from the meter
Answer:	The Rheem water heater uses 199,000 BTU or about 200 CF or 2 CCF. The Rheem installation manual is available on the Rheem web site. On page 53 of the manual, the manufacturer lists the minimum NG pipe size as 3/4 inch diameter. Typically, a tank type water heater has a 1/2 inch supply line that is reduced from a 3/4 inch or larger main supply line. So, you will need to replace the smaller gas line from the original reduction point to your new Rheem tankless water heater.
Question:	I own a 4 bedroom house. I noticed Home Depot has a Rheem Ecosense 200DVLN. Would this one you have be sufficient
Answer:	Based on Rheems' product information on their web site and the product specifications on The Home Depot web site, Rheem makes two sizes of tankless natural gas fuels water heaters. One is rated at 8.4 gallons per minute and the other size is 9.5 gpm. Rheem also makes these two sizes in both "condensing" type and "non-condensing" type. The Rheem Ecosense line seems to be just a slight re-branding for The Home Depot and the re-branded product does not seem to be any different than the standard Rheem product sold on Amazon. The Rheem Ecosense ECOH200DVLN at The Home Depot seem to be the same as the RTGH-95DVLN 9.5 sold on Amazon. they are both condensing type (most efficient and easiest to vent) an they both produce a maximum of 9.5 gpm of hot water. Both are the largest capacity models made by Rheem. I have a 4200 sq. ft home with three bathrooms. We can have two showers going and the dishwasher with no reduction in hot water temperature even in the winter (near Chicago) when the inlet water is very cold. So, I would say that the Rheem RTGH-95DVLN 9.5 gpm unit will meet your hot water needs.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by funnel, but there is a modest slope incorporated in the design. It is definitely NOT "flat".

Answer:	The toilet seat is a comfortable plastic. It is not as hard as a wooden one nor flimsy. We had one put in our smaller bathroom at the same time we put a wooden one in our bigger bathroom. I liked the plastic more then the wooden one, so replaced the wooden seat. Also, the seat and lid go shut with just a nudge and don't slam like the wooden ones.

Answer:	Two full size and two that are a third to a quarter the size of a regular pad. The larger two are to the rear of the seat.

It chips if you are not careful and it shows black streaks when you clean pots and pans. Stainless steel is much better and much easier to clean well. Sorry to intrude. Question:	Is this sink designed to be able to mount directly against the wall without using the legs
Answer:	No. It would be too heavy when a basin is full of water. The backsplash is just sheet metal, and it will probably bend at the sink rim from the weight, pulling away from the wall. You can bend the backsplash back and forth by hand. I used the legs, and 1-1/2 galv split ring hangers to hold onto the leg sockets in back and then 3/8 rod anchored to the wall.
Question:	Are these damaged or “scratch and dent” sinks
Answer:	Mine was new, with minor shipping damage of top corners of backsplash bent a little like dog-eared. Easily straightened. Basins were ok.
Question:	does it hold up well outside in the elements
Answer:	It should be ok. Don't let anything sit in the basin that holds water against the metal as rust may develop. Normal wetting and drying doesn't seem to do any harm in the laundry room, but I put a rubber mat in a basin and it started to show signs of corrosion from being wet all the time in a trapped space, maybe oxygen pitting. Buckets don't do any damage so far. The legs should be painted well because the electro-galv plating is lame.
