I really don’t know, but hated wasting my money. You probably need the advice of someone smarter than me.

Answer:	I don't find that they do anything at all with down face speakers. If these actually worked with down facing speakers, like they are supposed to, there would be no way for them to work with back facing speakers as well.

Answer:	You are far better off buying computer speakers for 15 bucks and plugging them into the AUX port . You could have the same effect as these by just carving out two kitty litter containers and placing them under your TV.
