Answer:	No. This is for the bead of caulk around your bathtub. It may also be at the edge of your counter where it meets the wall. You need a grout of some kind for the space in between tiles. Good luck!

Answer:	The tile size, the square footage of your area, and the coverage with the tiles do not correspond to the #qty of levelers in the package. If you are using 8" square tiles then you will need to calculate how many tile with groutline separations fit into your floor area to be tiled. Take into consideration the size of the spacers as they need to be the same as your planned grout lines. Once you know how many tiles you will use (estimate) then you should plan on 6 levers per 8" square tile (some tiles will use 8 some 4 take the average.) Multiply your number of tiles by 6, and buy even more than you think you will need.

Question:	Is this silicone actually clear (no color) or white
Answer:	I will not buy or recommend this product from Amazon as it did not work, even after applying it twice. Both times it came off over a period of a few weeks (wrinkle & mold). I should have returned it but first thought it was me but, then after my husband got it from the hardware store & I helped removing with a knife & water, we replacing it again with a newer product & no more issues. This product was old.

Answer:	While in some instances it can be a substitute, it really depends how you are using it. Grout is rigid and semi permanent whereas caulk is flexible and needs to be replaced much more frequently.

Answer:	I have used this elastomeric sealant indoors, it does have plenty of fumes, much like oil based paints indoors. It dries slow but skins over very fast making it hard to work. I used it at base of my tub in 2005 and still looks great and still seals.

Answer:	Its designed for showers. It needs to cure for about 20 minutes before the surface is no longer tacky.

Answer:	It is not like other silicone used in bathroom/shower installs. One specific difference is that those bathroom/shower silicones contain anti-microbial protection against mold & mildew. This is a food grade safe silicone, so those anti-microbial additives aren’t included in this formula. Also, it takes 72 hours to cure properly.

Answer:	I would still paint it because dirt will stick too caulk and make it look terrible pretty quickly

Answer:	Just because a caulk is waterproof, doesn't mean its good for shower areas. If you go the DAP website you can see that they have caulks for bath areas and caulks for exterior siding. Dynaflex is soft and flexible to seal joints in moving substrates such as siding. Siding expands and contracts with temperature and moisture content. Dynaflex is designed to keep up with that movement, but to do that in a latex formula, means that it is inherently soft and prone to damage. Frequent scrubbing such as in a bathroom environment would quickly destroy any adhesion. It might be fine (though not ideal) for caulking the top of a counter backsplash or where the tile meets drywall, but its not suitable for shower use where you would expect a waterproof joint. You won't see any fish tanks assembled with Dynaflex.

Answer:	The most common cause of premature yellowing in my experience is choice of cleaners. 1/4 - 1/2 cup of distilled white vinegar added to one gallon of water will remove residual mineral and soap scale without damaging surfaces or sealants.

Answer:	It dries to an matt white color. they do sell some that dry clear but it says so on the tube.

Answer:	I've had the silicon on one year and so far there is not any sign of mildew despite the ample wetness in the shower stall

Answer:	The cap works well to protect it from drying up. I think we were able to reuse it again after about 6 months. Obviously, it won't last for years, but you can use it for a couple different jobs.

Answer:	The caulk is white when applying... if your caulking is thin ( less than 1/8 inch thick ) , it will turn to transparent ( clear ) after drying. If your caulking is thick...it will have white color even after it had dried. Apply thin coat of caulking will be ideal if you want to be " clear ".
