The 3D Folder Tabs are the plastic tabs that you apply the label (after printing) and the label protector to, the tab then gets put into the slots on your hanging folders (just like the picture). I absolutely love this product and it is SO much easier and faster than the old hanging folder tabs where you print or write on the tiny insert. Looks much nicer too.

What's the recommended extruder and bed plate temperatures for this

Usually each printer has its own temperature setup when you tell it which type of material you are printing. However if you want to set it up manually, for PLA you should set Nozzle Temperature between 190-220 and Bed Temperature between 30-60 Celsius Degrees. If you are working with a UP Mini 2, let plate reach at least 40 Degrees Celsius to begin printer and work with the front lid open. I also use a small fan on top of that area to keep material cool while printing to avoid clog or tangle. I use my UP Mini with OVERTURE PLA. It is a great material even better than the original Tiertime. OVERTURE PLA can be purchased here in Amazon.

Question:	Having problems with extruder about half-way through each of the first two projects. Advice
Answer:	First make sure you have proper heat. PLA I run at 198C. ABS 245C. Next make sure you have PTFE tube is all the way down to the bottom of the print head. PTFE tube goes about an inch or so down into the print head. If it is not fully in could cause heat creep melting filiment to soon clogging before it gets to the nozzle.

Answer:	if you are using Marlin, you need to define the display correctly and include the display library. If you think you have that right in the firmware, try switching the cables. If you have them backwards, the display will take two to three seconds for the backlight to turn on but you will get a blank screen. Power down, switch them, and power back up. If your backlight comes on almost immediately but the display is still blank, you have the cables right need to fix something in the firmware.

Answer:	On the CR-10 with E3d V6 hot end and no direct drive upgrade, go slow and the results are phenomenal. Printing at 215, bed at 60(65 for cold days here in Boston) at a speed of 20mm/sec @100% flow. Filament in dryer. Very good results so far 2.5 days into my first large print
Question:	are this good for printing rc car tires
Answer:	I used this to print out some grommets and gaskets. They printed and held up great. If you're going to print tires make sure you have your settings dialed in for good layer adhesion. You don't want any delamination of the tire while it's in use. I would also go with a pretty decent infill. Overall, I am happy with the results I got with this spool of TPU.
