Question:	Would this work wel with mac laptops? what color is it
Answer:	It’s black in color. How well it would work with a recent Mac laptop is an interesting question - my personal opinion is that it might be a bit high for the way I use the trackpad on my 2017 MacBook Pro 13. For example, the memory foam wrist rest is about 7/8” tall with a small 1/8” lip all around. So, this small lip easily fits under the front of the Mac. However when the Mac is open for typing, the lower part of the Mac is slightly over 3/8” above the surface of the table. For typing I think it’s fine, but when I use my trackpad, I tend to move the palm of my right hand away from the laptop surface to just below the trackpad. Given the height of the wrist pad and closeness to the touchpad, it might get in the way of my touchpad use — if I placed it that close to the Mac. If I move the wrist rest so that it’s say 3” away from the base of the laptop (and not right against the laptop) then this problem goes away. I would then be using the wrist rest to support my forearms. Your mileage may vary depending on how you type, etc. Hopefully this description was helpful.

Answer:	I usually plug it in at night, so I'm not too sure, but it seems like there are times it's died on me while using it and I've started charging it and I could un plug it after an hour or so and it lasted me the rest of the day, then I put it on the charger overnight. Answer:	These strings are not labeled how do you know what string goes where? You would determine the string placement by the thickness of the cord and the color/material. The 2 thinnest strings (B and E hi) go in the furthest position away from you and they are usually not colored and/or silver.

Answer:	I bought this product for my step-mom. I don't think it matters whichever way feels better to you. Because, some products tell you to use it one way, but I find things work better another way instead.

Answer:	Sounds to me that your control button is acting up. I would contact the seller for an exchange or Amazon.

Answer:	Well,If you zoom in,on both sides it say's "DELL" along the two side panels.
Question:	How do you set it to one color? And how do you set it to a certain 2 colors, I don’t get it
Answer:	To set it to a single color, just press the button until it cycles to the color you'd like. As for selecting two specific colors, I don't see a way to do that and I'm pretty sure it's not possible.
