Question:	Can it buff wood
Answer:	You can use it to buff wood if you know what you're doing. You need the correct compound and correct buffing wheel, plus a gentle hand. Part of the problem of buffing wood on this machine, is that the speed is too fast, so you run the risk of scorching the wood, especially if you apply too much pressure. It is preferable to buff wood on a slower machine, i.e. 1750 rpm or slower.

Answer:	It could if you had a way of holding whatever you want to polish. The buffing wheels weren’t up to standard and the polishing compounds were dried out. The machine itself was fine.

Question:	Does it have filters that collect the dust
Answer:	I had bought two 12 port Leviton punch down panels not knowing that I had an On-Q box installed in our new home. The Leviton would not fit the On-Q panel box for two reasons, one it was wider than the On-Q mounting holes, and two the Leviton I purchased had 4 push pin attachment points... the On-Q panel box uses 2 tabs and 2 push pin attachments for their patch panel mounting bracket. The actual patch panel uses 4 pins to connect to the On-Q bracket, but that won't work on the Leviton panel.

Question:	I embarrassed I don’t know this, but how do you tighten the arbor bolts? It seems like one loosens the other and there’s no good way to tighten it
Answer:	Don't be embarrassed - one side of the unit has a thread that is the REVERSE of the other. From memory it is the left hand side as you face the unit and so to tighten it you turn the nut as if you were loosening it. The reason is so the spinning motion of the motor doesn't allow the wheel to come loose. Counterintuitive but it works - enjoy!

Answer:	The grinder is rated at 6.25 amps, 10 amps would work fine, breakers are rated in amps, not watts...light bulbs are rated in watts.

Answer:	This grinder is a consumer grade while model 578008 is industrial grade. This has small stamped steel wheel flanges while the 578008 has machined wheel flanges. 578008's wheels will always run truer. Published motor specs can be deceiving, this grinder motor is a consumer grade 120 volt motor, the 578008 is an industrial grade motor that is capable of running on either 120 or 220 volts. Run on 220, the motor starts easier and lasts longer. Dust collection equipment is easier to hook up on the 578008's single exhaust exit vs this ones dual oval exits and 578008 is OSHA compliant with an OSHA approved switch. Answer:	Honestly, I’m not sure. I don’t see why there would be any issue other than in the side basket. Our cat is fairly heavy, but she never actually sits in the little basket on the side. I think you’d be fine (: you could always hold the cats toys in the little basket on the side if your cat is too heavy.

Answer:	Found this online... it may help based on Cat6 requirements: "Category 6 (CAT6) cable provides higher performance than CAT5e and features more stringent specifications for crosstalk and system noise. The quality of the data transmission depends upon the performance of the components of the channel. To transmit according to CAT6 specifications, jacks, patch cables, patch panels, cross-connects, and cabling must all meet CAT6 standards. The CAT6 components are tested individually, and they are also tested together for performance. In addition, the standard calls for generic system performance so that CAT6 components from any vendor can be used in the channel. All CAT6 components must be backward compatible with CAT5e, CAT5, and CAT3. If different category components are used with CAT6 components, then the channel will achieve the transmission performance of the lower category. For instance, if CAT6 cable is used with CAT5e jacks, the channel will perform at a CAT5e level."In short... Yes to the first part of the question since Cat6 has to be backward compatible. The 2nd part I don't know for sure based on the available space (width) for each individual wire, however, I personally wouldn't install a Cat5e patch panel if I had Cat6 cable runs. The patch panel would become the weakest link in the connection.
