Answer:	I have three of them, older model bottom tank not translucent. I estimate about threes years with not very much use but when I use it, I use it hard. Great when it was new. Now very loud and don't have much suction, almost useless. Very well constructed though, solid motor and impeller but impossible to change the motor brushes without ripping it out from the holder - maybe need special tool, didn't have to be that way. Filters are the weak link, need to be cleaned constantly even before the tank is filled to one inch. I think the dusts got into the motor/impeller and eat up the bearings.

Answer:	Yes. You may need an extra attachment for battery clips if your battery doesn't have a cigarette lighter adapter.
Question:	How easy is it to switch from wet back to dry pickup? does it make a mess? what happens with the filter
Answer:	As long as you are comparing model 770 units, color of case is the only difference (there's Orange, green, blue, red, perhaps more). Just don't confuse the blue 660 with the 770 models where the 660 units don't have the USB ports, on-off switch for the cables, reverse connection alarm and light. Otherwise the 660 and 770 have the same size battery.
Question:	How often do you change the filter
Answer:	I don't know I have gone down that road.
Question:	Is the battery compatible with the 20v drill
Answer:	The battery inside this is rated as "22 amp-hour" hinting it'll supply about 1 amp (at 12V) for 22 hours, or 2 amps for 11 hours, etc. So how long it lasts depends on what you're running off of it (where you need to know the load). If you're asking about "how long it lasts from one charge without needing to plug it in again", they say in the manuals to "Recharge after any use as well as every 60 days if unused". All batteries will slowly lose power if unused, so about once a month is a good rule to plug it back in for an hour. Many may say "It'll last thru 10+ jumps without recharging, so I don't see a need to plug it in every time" which they may get away with (in part since a running car begins recharging it right after the jump), but the OEM says what I mentioned (recharge after ANY use...) where keeping it full is much better than leaving it 1/2 drained. I've had a similar pack since 2000 that still delivers power well and I've followed those OEM rules, so there's at least one example of choices and results, yet it's up to you to make your own choices. If you're using this like a tow truck driver carrying it, I may just charge once a day, yet using the ESA1 cord can let you charge as you drive between jobs and for sure won't hurt it.

Answer:	no, YOU pick up the paper clips..vacuums are not made for picking up paper clips..
Question:	How do you clean the filter
Answer:	There is a HEPA filter in front of the vacuum, you lift the door from the bottom and you can take it out and wash it. and then you lift the canister out from the base ( like you're emptying the canister of dirt.) You will find 2 foam filters there. lift them both out and wash those too. Just dont throw in washing machine or dishwasher. I use dish detergent and wash them off in the sink. Just make sure they are completely dry before putting them back on the vacuum. After a dozen or so washings they will break down ( you will know this ) extra filters can be purchased on EBay or Amazon or other websites. I usually clean the foam filters when they are a very dark brown or gray color,then i also wash the HEPA filter also. Good luck! Question:	What is the difference between Shark NV 352 and the NV
Answer:	The 352 has a 25 foot cord, the 356 (professional) is 30', the hard floor tools are different. The 356 has a microfiber 'dust pad' that goes over the hardwood floor attachment. The 352's hard floor attachment has a 'V' shape to funnel debris no pad, but it does have a duster attachment both available to purchase separately. The dust cup on the 356 is larger and the overall machine is 2 lbs heavier then the 352. 356 also comes with a bag for the tools where my 352 did not. The other tools all appear to be the same on both models. They both run the same amps and can be converted into canister mode as well, but are aesthetically different.
Question:	Why is the little rectangle on the side sucking in so much air and causing it not to work
Answer:	I can answer that question specifically because it happened to me and caused me to give this vacuum an erroneously poor review. My shark lasted for just under four years and was amazing. THEN it started sucking air like crazy though that rectangle and suction dropped by 80%. I did everything to fix it ... cleaned all the filters, checked all the hoses ... nothing fixed it. I was about to put it to the curb for the garbage man when something told me to check it out one last time. Well to make a long story short ... if you open your dust canister, there is a conical thing in the middle with mesh screen sides. That mesh was clogged with dust/dirt. On a hunch I cleaned it with a toothbrush (extremely difficult and awkward job) and guess what? The suction is back 100% and my Shark is back like when it brand was new. NOTE WELL. NOWHERE in the manual does it suggest that this area should be cleaned. I hope this answer is not too late for you.
