Answer:	i am 6 2 but only 190 lbs but i have really long legs 35 in inseams and i can stretch out completely but you really dont have to,so i think even a taller person would b ok too,as far as the weight thing,its a very sturdy machine and i use it several times a day and its great,i think it will take a heavier person without a problem although it does not recommend it

Answer:	I'm not sure this will work but we use this method at work for stuck bolts etc. Heat up wax until melted and pour down the twin locking probes. Try and unlock while the wax is still liquid.

Answer:	I’m not 100% sure because the handle has a rubber like coating to make the grip non-slip. It seems like it’s made of some sort of resin or epoxy coating. It’s supposed to be dishwasher safe (it’s easy enough to clean by hand). I’ve used it for batters, biscuits and yeast doughs that don’t require extensive mixing.

Answer:	We dont stand the machine up, so we added more water for more resisitance. At first I thought it did not have enough resistance because I was able to row with a medium to medium plus effort.
