Answer:	I found it has to do with the angle I use to the strip. If I touch the blood to the tip I get the error message. I went through a lot of wasted strips to figure this out.

Answer:	Testing should be done according to your needs. I don't test very often now that I know what it feels like to be in Ketosis. I also know my food plan well enough now. I will be using it more as my fasting gets longer. I like Dr, Boz on youtube. Check out some of her videos. I have lot 40 lbs. now and really don't worry about my blood counts now. I think when we start the journey and get a Coach meter it is fun, but then like anything else, it is back to life, lol.
