Answer:	I just purchased some replacement filters here on Amazon. They came five to a pack. Brushes are also available but I haven't needed to buy any yet. A set of replacements come with the vacuum and I haven't touched the replacement brushes yet.

Answer:	I am pretty sure you can purchase one through amazon. I love mine! I live near the beach and so much sand gets dragged in no matter how careful we are.clean the little filter after each use. I have had mine since July 2016 and use it most every day!
Question:	How well does this work on carpet
Answer:	It works decently at picking up dust, hair and dirt from inside the carpet but it struggles at the bigger things and I find I have to come behind it pick up larger particles. However it does a good job of maintaining the general cleanliness of the carpet and for the price, I am more than satisfied. It always surprises me how much crap is vacuumed up by this machine when I'm cleaning it out.

Answer:	My son has a Roomba and it will cross between hard flooring and carpet. It also cleans very well and is not very loud. On the other hand my Rollitech BL616 will not crossover from hard flooring to carpet, even though the description stated it would do low pile carpet. The step up from the hard flooring to the carpet is less than a half inch. I would suggest you spend a little more and buy the Roomba.

Answer:	Don't pay extra. The E25 is all you need. Somewhere there is a review of this model and it does as well as the models and brands that cost hundreds more. Here is one review/comparison. Do a search for the one you are looking at. I love my Roborock E25! LOVE! I had a cheap random vacuum, there is no comparison. The spinning bristles goes faster when near a cabinet so it throws the debris out in order to get to it. It then slows down the spinning sweeper thingy when it's in open space in order to not sling the dirt around. Buy it already! I research the heck out of all purchases, it's worth the investment.

Answer:	I have thresholds between rooms that are slightly rounded so it can get stuck sometimes. The flatter the transition the easier it moves from room to room.

Answer:	Mine is the BL800 and it has been picking up clipped dog toenails, so cheerios and cat food should be no problem for it either. The BL800 has roller brush under it and a three-point brush system that runs to pull in items that are out to the sides and direct it to the roller brush. I am running it over hardwood floors, floor runners and plush carpet and it transitions between each with little problems. I have some thin runners that it sometimes rolls up. But hey, it's not catching on it, I just find it in a roll over to the side, and it keeps on going. I just unroll them when done. (Not typical I'm sure, but it's like I have a little maid that is rolling them up!)

Question:	My house is kind of large. If it gets stuck in another room I can’t hear the original beep and have to search my entire house. Is there a solution
Answer:	No you just have to make sure that, is clear for her to move around without getting stuck. It really cleans great!

Answer:	Thank you for the question, and thanks to all the answers from other customers. The RoboVac 30 works great on hardwood floors. Any time when you find the cleaning performance is not as good as it was, check if the dust bin is full, and clean the side brushes, the rolling brush and filters regularly.
Question:	Consumer Reports gave this a good rating have 3 cats with hair all over hardwood and some dragged litter is this better than Roomba
Answer:	We have three cats, and one in particular seems to have a cloud of fur following him. I love this thing. Wife poo-poo’d the thing until somebody she respects about housecleaning raved about them. We have a small place - about 1700 feet, and I don’t have it do the bedroom ‘half’ (rugs with tassels), but I turn it loose once a day (small rugs no tassels else hardwood) and it fills right up with orange cat fur every time. Picks up the stray cat litter also. PS, I chose NOT to spend a hundred bucks for the privilege of cluttering up my fone with more software. All you need to do is turn the darn thing on and off. Unlike Sherman, I only have one spot it’ll get hung up. It climbs over the tiles the plants sit on, goes around the scratching post, and works its way past the sliding door track (a bit noisy when it does it, but I do NOT have to go fetch). Only stick is the 3/4” rise between the sunroom and the kitchen IF it tries to take it straight on. Even then it’ll eventually get bored, back up and run off somewhere else. Perfect? No. Great? Yes.
Question:	What is the difference between eufy 30 and 11s model
Answer:	The 30 is a better model. It has better suction and boundary strips. Do not listen to Wapas. The 11s is the older model. If you want connected get the 30c. If the 30 is cheaper than an 11s which it is on 11-25-18 then get it. Service from company is great. I have the 30 and did need to return it but the company took care of it all at their expense. The 11s is very close and has the same features and algorithms I would assume just the strips and suction are different. Same form factor (size) as well.
