Answer:	The box says fits all Hoover WindTunnel Tempo Uprights (except WindTunnel 2 and UH30010), so I think these bags will fit. I also googled the wide path bags and they take "Y" bags. Think you'll be safe with these.

Answer:	I wouldn't consider them "paper bags". They feel soft and are heavy weight. They kind of feel like a coated fiber of some sort. What I do know for sure; they are great bags. No dust.
