Answer:	I use Thermo's by laying upon them, and I place a towel between my hair, body, etc, and the pads. My Thermo's are well over 2-3 years old, and still going...the covers are carefully hand washed. I've just bought 2 more X-Largepads to use elsewhere in an aging body. Best wishes.

Answer:	I own several Thermipaqs. For cold therapy, I use 2 pads & "Tag Team" them in freezer. HELPFUL HINT: Wrap the Thermipaq (hot or cold) in a silver reflective, air bubble insulated windshield sunscreen. It DOUBLES the time of therapy. I cover the reflective stuff with a sheet or blanket, as the plastic will make one sweat. Also: USE CAREFUL AMOUNTS OF HEAT (I heat for a total of 80 sec, folding the pads & turning the fold inside out 1/2 way trough (1100 W MW).

This microwaveable shoulder wrap is filled with peppermint and lavender that release delicious aromatic warmth. Microwave the shoulder wrap, and use its heat therapy for herbal stress relief and to soothe sore muscles. Pop the shoulder wrap in the freezer to chill and let the cold therapy treat sports injuries or just cool you down on a hot summer day. The wrap is designed to conform to the neck, shoulders, and upper back area. It also applies gentle pressure on sore muscles and joints. CARE & USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Heat Therapy: Place in a clean microwave and heat in 30 second intervals with 30 second standing time in between, until desired warmth is achieved. Check temperature before using , wrap should feel warm, not hot to the touch. Do not exceed 90 seconds total heating time. Do not leave unattended while heating. Cold Therapy: Seal in a plastic bag and place in the freezer overnight. May be left in the freezer until ready for next use. To Wash: Spot clean only. Do not allow fill to get wet.

Answer:	No. The mask is NOT wireless. It must be connected to a small USB charger that it comes with. But I would NOT recommend this product as it does not get warm enough to be of any use.

Answer:	The warranty paper it comes with states you need to register for it. But they are VERY unresponsive. The item I got does not get very Warm, and I have not received ANY response to email I have sent. Also, This item is NOT RETURNABLE. I would NOT recommend this product.

Answer:	I have not noticed any fragrance or aroma. It is filled with flax seed and as far as I can tell (and I just checked the box/info) nothing else. I really enjoy mine.

Answer:	I think it will be too big. I am 6'0" 190. Fits me really good. I think mine was L/XL. Has been great help for me and 3 others that I know. Had a complete rotator cuff tear as well as torn bicep tendon. Six months out and still using it after working out or playing golf. A must have!!

Answer:	it is high quality had one for over a year. I am not sure if it is the best brand, but it stays soft and pliable which allows it to "drape" over your shoulder. Cools well for 20-30 minutes.

Answer:	Yes, the Herbal Concepts Comfort Neck and shoulder wrap does stay in place when you move around. Although it doesn't fit tightly against the neck, you can wrap it as tightly as you are comfortable with. I love how it relaxes not only my neck, but my shoulders and upper back as well.
